Ahh bless you 😭 I totally get it, I rang yesterday and they basically told me to stop ringing haha. I’m only 25 weeks so still a bit early, but it’s so hard not to keep checking! @Daryl54 xx

Just got through to option 4, lovely man went through security and said no decision as yet and not with a DM he said he's not happy that ive been waiting over 6 months and over the new timescale of 25 weeks 🤔 so hes just emailed his manager and escalated my case ( i didnt ask him to and not sure if he just said it to be nice) I'll call again next friday 🙄😅😐

my son was diagnosed with lower body cerebral palsy, I have collected up as much evidence as I could and have sent it all to them. I’m trying to figure out where they are with MR. As everytime I call it’s them same thing that’s being repeated

Im so sorry you haven’t been award the rates you was hoping for 😞 it’s such a long wait to then have to do a MR aswell. Hopefully you can get all the extra evidence together to get HRC.

Crazy how they’re taking this long 😩 Surely MR won’t go all the way to 30 weeks though, right?! Im pretty sure I’ve seen April dates get rewarded xx @Daryl54 @PositivityRipples

They said if I can get it in within 30 days it counts at late information not a MR, gonna try that. Hopefully you hear soon

I didn’t know they would do that, that’s so much better than waiting all that time for a MR, big rush for you now to get all the evidence, good luck I hope they overturn the decision for you.

Nothing yet, I might call again at 4pm when I finish work, seems like people around my date are being looked at, so fingers crossed

Gives me a bit of hope, I'm 30 weeks on Wednesday, I called yesterday and it was still in the queue but hopefully if you're a day before me, it might get picked up soon

@Moolikeyou @Harrysmummy2016 i see the 17/3 had there decision this morning, it was made on the 8th so surely both of yours has got to be anytime 🤞

I phoned today for confirmation that they had received my second lot of evidence. Told awarded lrm and mrc. My scan date was 26/8 for NC, which means it was 6 weeks for decision from scan date. I am not sure when ill get the back payment but just pleased he has been awarded. Good luck to anyone else hoping for an answer soon. This forum has been so incredibly helpful x

Fingers crossed I don’t think my nerves can wait much longer - I did get the local mp call yesterday to say he had contacted them regarding the “obscene” wait times (his words) weather that’s pushed them - I doubt it as I used to work for the DWP I know how they work and how unbothered they will be and the same generic response they reply with 🤣
