So they are definitely doing June's N/C.

Hopefully il hear something in the next couple of weeks. I called yesterday to see if they had received additional evidence that I had posted. The first thing the guy said that there was no update. Even though I didnt ask.

No I haven’t rang, in the DLA groups on FB I have only seen a few of March but a lot of early Febs getting answers mostly bang on the 29 week mark. January seems totally done! I guess it depends on whatever case managers pile you end up on.
I kind of want to ring but 1. I don’t know what to say and 2. I’m kind of nervous of the possible outcome!

I returned my form on time, new claim. So they should be treating it as from when I phoned for the forms. Which was 11/6. They received my form back on 22/7. So my scan date is 22/7?Have I understood what a scan date is correctly?
And then if awarded they will backpay to 11/6?

NC scan date 25/06 just received a text now to say my child has qualified, I’ll call up tomorrow for rates as they closed now an doesn’t say on the text x

It’s been the other way around on mumsnet, loads of March dates have been done but only a few febs, I wonder if they are finishing off the last of the febs and March now before starting on aprils. I would just call and say you are calling for an update as you haven’t heard anything. It’s so worrying waiting for a decision isn’t it incase it’s the wrong decision for your child. Good luck

@Greenyb have you heard anything yet? Hopefully after it being with a dm for so long they’ve had a good read through your evidence to make the right award.

This morning on my group I noticed a lot of mid febs have been done today. For both COC and MR with a scattering of March. I should ring really as I sent 03/03 and received a letter saying they received it dated 11/03 but not sure if 11/03 is my scan date or if that could be later perhaps!
I know I am so anxious, my LB gets MRC/LRM and my daughter HRC/LRC yet my LB actually has more needs than my daughter so I have done a COC on his behalf. Will more than likely need to do an MR no doubt as I’ve seen people awarded but also people being declined who really should not be! Very anxious wait and the wait times at the moment are crazy!

They made their decision 2 days ago, was meant to text me because for some reason I never receive letters, they’ve declined his coc completely, even the person on the phone said it looks like they haven’t looked at any of the evidence I sent in, everything they wrote on why they declined it basically contradicted themselves, got to do a mr now when I get the letter by Friday apparently which he said could take up to a year, then if they decline that too it will have to go to tribunal which could be another year so that’s another 2 years, I’m absolutely fuming

I’m the same all 3 of my children are in middle rate care but my daughter who I’m doing coc for her need are extremely a lot higher, I have all the evidence now so I’m hoping they give her the correct award. I’m just waiting on the last piece of evidence to come in the post and then they have everything I have to give. I’m pleased to hear the febs are getting done they’ve been waiting ages. This is devastating news 😞 I’m so sorry. How can they not have looked at it properly they have had it for long enough, it tells you something when even the call handler agrees they’ve not looked at it properly. Definitely fight it all the way. What rate was you on before?

What groups are people following on FB? I know of the main one where posts gets turned off overnight but I’m sure there used to be another one!
