NC SD 26/7 is anyone else around a similar time? It seems they are randomly plucking applications out of a pile at this point lol

Hi I am SC 16/7, I had a letter on the 24th asking for me to send my sons birth certificate in which I did straight away, I also rang the other making sure they had received it and it was scanned on. She said it’s in the queue for the DM but how true that is I don’t know but the lady was really nice on the phone. I’ve then had a letter today saying sorry they’d not given me a decision yet but it can take 15 weeks which I think is a generic letter they send to everyone!

Hi brace yourself for a looong wait. I've been waiting almost 11 weeks. I've left numerous messages, I've also made a complaint following a link sent on here. My child was verified within a month but no heard anything regarding back payment. I just keep getting told to wait..

i was hoping they would look at hers soon as we have loads of hospital appointments coming up and it’s costing a fortune in getting there and back. But looks like will be waiting a while yet

Hello only just sent my child's paper work in had a message saying they have the paperwork and can take upto 25 weeks my child turns 16 on the 10th of December shall I just start doing paper work for pip now ? Thanks

Middle to end of February are still waiting, beginning to Middle of March is still waiting and a Middle of April has been awarded too so all over the place 😵‍💫 I called on Wednesday and had a rude caller so it’s put me off calling now.

I've sorted all the evidence I forgot to send 🤣. I'm about to post it first class. When do you guys think it will get to the DM?

I sent mine on Saturday tracked / signed for next day delivery they received it Monday at 6am and I called on Wednesday and it was already scanned on. So hopefully you will hear something next week.

How long does it usually take for UC to verify been told 2 weeks then I can ask for back pay ?

Called to confirm SD 04/09 so I've made the deadline for backdating. Now to wait. It's around 7 months now isn't it?
