text on 4/08
letter on 10/09 (received 29/7)

It will be 29/7 but if awarded it will be backdated to 26/6 if you returned it by the date it stated on the claim pack.

I sent mine on 25th July, they received 26th as I did first class signed for and scan date was 28th July with a text confirming on 4/08

As you sent back within the 6 weeks you should be backpayed to 26/06 if they award :)

with what I’ve read on how long it’s taking I doubt it but have you been awarded yet? Or still waiting?

They just told me a decision has just been made but hasn’t uploaded on the system yet I should receive a message and then I can phone and check

Got awarded yesterday after a COC from middle rate to high rate care and been awarded low mobility when he turns 5 next month

Scan date was around 20-24th February

I haven’t yet but once I am I will update on here so people know my time scale. I’m so impatient so I keep checking on here for people’s wait times. 😂

My lo scan date was 21st July, although I sent the forms in 29th June, I called up today as I've extra evidence to add she kindly took in down and I thought would just ask about the time scale she read a script out stating due to a huge backlog and increase of claimes there has been another 5 weeks added to the original 15 weeks letter send out to myself.

i come on most days looking for other peoples wait times…
I did see couple times that they was in June and a possible early Julys being done

When I called I questioned the letter as it said 15 weeks and then the text said 25 weeks for myself.

his reply was to not take any of them time scales that there backlog was so big they don’t actually have a time scale

seeing people on here post that June and early July have been done so I am hopeful it won’t be to long

NC SD 04/06 Called today and they told me up to 25 weeks and not to call back until then🙃

My sons NC scan date 19/6, called last Friday and was with decision maker told to call back this week I called yesterday and still the same how long are they usually with decision makers ? Thanks

mine was 3 weeks only because my DM went on annual leave had a call off her Monday and they made a decision hour before they closed yesterday so apparently I can ring today and system will be updated to give me an answer

I rang as was told at 4.30 yesterday a decision had been made to ring today rang today they can’t see a decision and to leave till the his after noon

has anyone got an update with where they are with mr?
my daughters mr was done on the 13th may. I’ve called up and asked if I have time to send extra evidence and they said yeah and I’ve done this but they said to just wait it out until a decision is made and can’t give me a time frame

I believe MR are taking the same time as COC and currently they are in mid Feb x

sorry to jump on this post. do they have to verify child/kids not on dla too? been waiting since first week of August for backpayment too.

Yes all my kids were verified the waiting is awful isn't it x
