Omg that's crazy!! How long did it take them to verify your kids? Mines been over a week and not verified xx

It took around 2 weeks for them to verify and apparently its been with a dm since the 13th August its ridiculous isn't it xx

Bloody hell! If you owed them money I'm sure they wouldn't take this long! I guess I'll brace myself for a long wait then lol not like we haven't waited long enough for a decision already! Xx

Exactly! The wait times are vile we waited over a year, coc first then mr and now back to waiting with uc xx

Haven't seen any May claims left. Mine is 04/06 but some July have been done. There all over the place

That's so bad 😬 why does it take so long! Last time mine were verified it took 24 hours lol

It's mental, it's been a year since my original scan date, it's so long winded! I suppose the only positive is it will get backdated but xx

phonecall from dwp today to give me opportunity for any updates since mr went in.
he said “to put my mind at ease my child is entitled to dla but unsure of rates and will receive in post 7-10 days ☺️

My sis is 20/6 and nothing I was march and was awarded 19/8

I would like to know this too. My call assured me my child will get something but unsure of rates

The lady at the end of my call said I will see what I can do with that for you

Usually they have already looked through all your form and evidence before they call you so I would imagine they made their decision after they got off the call to you, the only reason they wouldn’t have made it straight away is if they needed to get the medical team to look over it but they usually tell you that on the phone if that’s needed.

My SD for MR is 11/03 so hopefully nearly there for us too…

sd 09/06 decision made yesterday.
they said my son couldn’t get mobility component as his 3? I thought 3 was the age they could start getting it? Does anyone know if that’s correct?
also how long after receiving the tex to say they qualify, did you receive the backdated payment.

Congratulations. High rate mobility is from 3 but low rate mobility is from 5. If you receive a decision yesterday it would be Friday you would receive back pay

Hi all phoned up couldn’t give me a time frame for mr it’s been 23 weeks now does a dm always ring you before a decision has been made thanks xx

My sis been waiting a week with DM nothing yet sd 20/6

She rang round 4pm got text 9am next day

Apparently I just have to wait in dreading it as my son gets Hrc so that backdated till march

I had a call off dm maker Monday morning so assume a decision should be made soon do you normally recieve a text with outcome
