Ahh I’m up north. I’ve never felt anxiety like this in my life! X

I rang again tonight and still no decision, im just concerned everyone else seems to of been asked questions when the decision maker rang them but when she rang me she just said id have a decision by Friday didnt ask me anything I get the feeling we are being declined again its a year exactly today since I put her application in

COC scan date 17/02 still waiting

My daughter NC was declined on the 24th of July. Rang up on the 28th of July as i didnt know she was declined to send of more evidence. I was advised to send of the extra evidence with the MR and i got a letter saying it had to be back by the 8th of August. It was recieved by them on the 6th. However it hasnt been scanned onto the system yet. Anyone else had this experience?

It could be you were that detailed in you MR they didn’t need anything else.

going to give them a call this morning the last two days have been worse than the last 29weeks knowing the decision is coming any minute haha

COC 06/05, last time I called they said they are training people to help with the backlog of new claims so could be waiting up to a year but hopefully that isn’t the case🤞🏽🙈

I dont know wether to call today 😂 27 weeks now, has there been any MR awarded on Facebook? Xx

When it was recived by them ot would of been stamped, sp even if not on the system yet they will know its been back in time

Hi its me new claims 21/3 no update they received my copy of passports and everythink else yesterday even wrote them a note saying I bascally don't have anything else to give them they have 2 passport marriage certificate tenancy agreement council tax a bill dla letter another letter lol

Good luck hopefully you will hear by the end of the week now they have everything

Im from Scotland but don’t know if anyone else on here is from there with a COC but it is ridiculous. I’ve had to send new medication and evidence for new changes over last week and no doubt there will be more changes I’ll need to send over if I have to wait that long. My little one is turning 4 this month and if it’s taking a year by the time I hear back for this COC I’ll have his renewal and mobility to do so never ending🙈

Same date as mine I guess we will be waiting here a while x

A decision has been made but she cant tell me or transfer me to anyone that can tell me because they are too busy 😭

Which option did you press I find if you do option 4 instead of 3 they give more information xx

I play dum and just say I’m wanting an update on my MR after my call with the DM don’t mention I’ve already rang haha I’ve never been challenged or told wrong number I don’t know if they can see if we have rang x

I’ve always been told just might depend on who you speak to. You could just say ‘I’m going on holiday tomorrow and won’t be back for a while to get post ‘

My middle daughter gets dla has done for 4 years and theyve always told me over the phone aswell but this time she said they arnt allowed to transfer you because the case workers are too busy

She was awarded low rate care only but im happy with that
