Hey hun I’m gutted for you I really pray you get the outcome your LO deserves I honestly think some of these DMs don’t read all the evidence or rush through it!

My sons is 19/3 been told to wait but seeing end of April hearing back x

That is absolutely horrendous that you have to go to tribunal for such an obvious need for high rate care and mobility! I hope you get the right outcome and that you don't have to wait too long, good on you for fighting for what your son clearly deserves! xx

@Abwill mines with a. Decision maker but there chasing the evidence spoke with a lovley lady that messaged her directly the tracking numbers and the lady’s calling me back within the hour with a response hopefully

I've just called to be told decision made yesterday but can’t tell me over the phone. I’ve seen people post about option 4 to get more info but is this option available on 08001214600 number? I have been back on the line and I haven’t heard an option 4 🙈

MR 25 weeks today (SD 30th Jan). Phoned up, it’s not been assigned yet, and told I don’t need to call back. I feel so anxious waiting and I’m convinced I will be rejected. It’s the waiting and not knowing. I know they are busy, but now I don’t know at which point I should be worried they’ve forgotten my claim or I’ve fallen to the bottom of the pile.

I called again to be told no decision by a rude lady what seems to hate her job lol and she said she can only see January's being done I said that's strange as IV seen loads done since then and also my younger son 25/4 she didt seem to happy when I said this o well lol I'm going to call again tomorrow and everyday next week x

Awarded MRC for my 4yo who has GDD and referral made for ASD.
Thankful he has been awarded and they have recognised his struggles.

Still nothing can be found, it’s being looked at and I couldn’t stress enough how much this evidence is needed with my claim - I sent it recorded 4 weeks ago it’s simply isn’t good enough . The decision maker is going to call me apparently if they can’t find it so I can read it out to her word for word. It’s just an absolute nightmare!xx

It was a renewal ours due on the 27th of July I sent it back in March xx

Well I’ve had a message from decision maker asking to call her coz she couldn’t reach me but then I couldn’t reach her the lines dead so I called costumer service lovley guy has been in contact with her explained the situation with the line even called me back to make sure it was working and she still couldn’t get through to me. Basically he said to put my mind at rest she basically made the decision on the evidence she’s got and kept him at high rate but won’t officially award him until the evidence I read out to her in the morning(the stuff they lost- under smi he should get hrm now he’s 3 ) when she calls again in the morning. If she can’t get through the lovely man is going to call me a relay the information out basically
