Omggggg that was absolutely awful. She spoke to me at super speed, barely give me a chance to breathe let alone speak she went- your claim is with a decision maker it’s only been with us since the 18th of July it’s currently taking 42 weeks please dony call again thank you bye. I’ve just held the phone in disbelief. My MR was put in the 16th of January for a start she never even give me chance to speak or reply just ended the call. I understand they receive a lot of calls for updates but isn’t that there bloody job! Jesus!!!!

That was option 4 I never bothered with the other option because I thought option 4 would be better she was soooo vile! It’s put me off calling again now 😫😫

Anyone heard anything from renewals due this week ?
I'm so nervous I've not sent enough, I hope if there unsure about anything they will just call me and not make a lower decision for mobility, I'm not sure if I explained it in detail enough because it's our every day .

Depends if you posted the forms back in time. When did you post the forms back? Was it before the date suggested. You have 6 weeks to post them back in order to get it back dated to the form request date. Otherwise its the scan date.

We are 19th March got told its with someone about 2 week ago and rang back and got told it's not even been looked at the wait is awful x

I’ve had a nightmare with addition evidence being signed for but they can’t find either of the copy’s . I’m about to call back and go through complaints

Just had the health visitor call asking about an update on my son. Wondering if it a coincidence or if DLA have called her ?

I was also told that it was with a Case Manager 2 or 3 weeks ago. I'll try to call again tom, hoping they would have the decision by then.

No I think I'll wait till i get to 27 weeks on Monday. It's so frustrating. I wonder how much longer we'll have to wait.

Well I’m hoping it’s not - only for the reason they have messed it all up. They can’t find any of the additional evidence I’ve sent (twice) it’s been signed for each time I’ve gave tracking numbers ect. I’m actually devastated

Oh God 😩 this panics me as I sent two lots in April and in May I sent forms in March , I had to wait for things so sent it all extra 😩🤦🏽‍♀️ xx
