So lady I spoke to said still.with a DM and she can that the DM is online today and she's left a message for them to see if they can make a decision today 😕 not sure if they can do this but it's hope lol

So after calling UC today they have sent me a letter explaining what's owed and will be in my account in 2 days so who else is waiting it's worth giving them a call to push things along mines all sorted now thank god x

That's really good. Yeah sometimes it's worth giving them a call i know when ever I put anything on there it's always ignored.

Well i caved and rang waste of time 28 weeks tomorrow for our MR and its still not being allocated to a decision maker, absolutely ridiculous

So I called DLA this morning and spoke with a lovely lady and she said still with DM and she will send them a message to see if they can make decision today anyway about 2 hours later I received a text saying my son has been awarded DLA so I called back to find out the rates and dates and he has been rewarded hrc and lrm till Feb 2027 and I will.receive backpay if £3100 She said this payed was released today anyone know if it will be Friday or Monday I will get this and also good luck to everyone waiting I know it's horrible wait but please all of you don't give up hope sending all my love to you all and will keep you all in my prayers xxx

Did you send lots of evidence in? I’m wondering if that’s the reason it’s so delayed as I sent no end in after I was rejected.
everyday waiting is getting really frustrating

Well done, what was your scan date was it a MR?

So frustrating isn't it and i wouldn't say i sent loads just 5 pages of evidence and then a written MR which was quite a few pages long, how many did you send?

After a week and half of apllying for backdate from UC, I got a phone call yestersay I was told to expect just over 3k and within another month expect another 3k.

Please remember ladies, to apply for the carers element and disabled child element along with actually applying for the backdate and if you're on benefit cap, you would get that backdated also.

Yes defo ring and ask them to send DM a message and you can also ask to see if the DM is online they told me this today when I called good luck hun x

Im tuning out now, but please follow my advice, get that carers and disabled child elements backdated too. You have to ask even after you have done change of circumstances.
