Have you received the second letter on your journal saying how much theyll backpack?

Coc 25/03 sd think I'm at about 19 week wait today so I reckon I might hear something in September if I'm lucky I've been sending more evidence as and when it comes as all his appointments were around the time I had to send it back by his 5th birthday so didn't get letters till after it's a ridiculously long wait time mind I've only phoned to check extra evidence has arrived with them I will call again to check the other bits arrived I only sent last Friday hopefully they will have a little update then fingers crossed

Hi sorry for jumping on IV received no messages just my statements all updated with the carers element and updated of benefit cap I received back pay for them last week but child disability missing from them and no letters to say why IV left loads of messages and called but no one's replying my son was verified so not sure why it's still missing and no backpay for him x

Anyone calling today?

I’m going to try hold off until Wednesday when it’s 28 week I don’t think they will have anything different to say today

rang yesterday, 27 weeks, told huge backlog and unable to give a timescale.

So many of us waiting 25 plus weeks for outcomes on COCs and MRs

The wait times for COC and MR don’t seem to be coming down do they 🤦‍♀️ hopefully you won’t have to much longer left

Not yet, they were looking at it last week but sent extra evidence in and they received it yesterday so im gonna ring today and chase it up so hopefully not long

How strange! Give them a call, if that gets you nowhere then make a complaint, someone posted the link on an earlier message

15/01 for COC

IV just called spoke with a lovely lady she said I can see you've left a few messages she's raised this and said someone will get back to me by 6pm tomorrow when I did this last week on the 29th July by the 30th my statements were updated and oayed backpay 2 days after but never heard anything from them so hoping this will be the case tomorrow lol I'm owed £2480 from them if I owed them it they'll make sure I respond 😅

Good luck, surely they will have a decision for you by the end of the week now they have the last piece of evidence 🤞

If they’ve made the decision ask what date it was decided incase they made it without looking at the extra evidence, sometimes they make the decision then change it when they receive extra evidence.

Hi, so I’ve just received the letter saying how much they owe me, somehow I’m still only entitled to benefit for my 2 oldest even though it is my youngest receiving dla, so I get the disabled child element part for him but that’s all. they told me how much I’m owed and said it will be paid within 2 days if that helps 🤷🏻♀️

Call them up and explain no one is getting back to you on your journal and your wondering what happens next they will send a messaged to your coach workiny and when I did this they had to respond within 24 hours. I think it was.

Does everybody receive text message updates? They are definitely doing April/mays new claims as I posted on Reddit too and somebody has sent me a reply saying they’ve got a payment this morning and she sent her forms on the 9tn may!

IV called this morning and they have verified kids again! Do u know what happens now they already verified them now this has been done twice with no further information from them I'm getting annoyed now x

I'm 4/4 still not heard anything been with DM since 11th July I'm on hold to them now
