I can’t believe how long these MRs are taking and I feel bad that call handlers can’t give us more information than they can see but there is no need to be rude when speaking to us!
I will be calling again tomorrow lol but I feel like it will be pointless 😩

Have you tried calling again? They are so adamant it’s done in date order but clearly it’s not!

I called last week, i don't want to phone anymore to keep getting fobbed off.

I just called the man said they have received a new updated message that they have been told to read out to callers basically asking for us not to call as they can't give out time frames as child DLA is at an all time high volume but mines still with DM and can take up.to September for an answer! I'm just so annoyed with it all id rather just be told yes or no I'm at 18weeks n/c this week and other dates are flying by x

I agree with OP that the callers can be really rude. I was lucky the other day I got a really nice lady, couldn’t tell me anything but was very apologetic and sympathetic

That’s how I felt until it got over 25 weeks now it’s just become a joke! They keep moving the goal posts

Hi! MR 28 weeks today original COC 9/7/24 so around 56 weeks! And guess what I'm still In the queue and not assigned to a DM. Im so disheartened 😞

just called and it's still with the DM. and they can't say anything than that. NC SD 6 March. it's been 21 weeks and I feel like we have to do an MR for my DD. I think there's only few of us March NC left. I hope they'll be able to make a decision soon. 🙏 😪

Yeap I even said there's people on fb telling us they been.awarded then she says we'll.we do have trainee and they may just grab some but it still.not date order my march is nor been looked.at yet she was adamant there on jan/feb

I don't know why they feel the need to lie each time we call IV been awarded for my youngest son sd was 25/04 and he was awarded on the 18th July!

When it comes to giving wait times etc it seems like UC are just as bad for the rudeness! Whenever I leave a note on my journal someone usually responds within 24hrs, I put a note on my journal last week asking if I had done the process correctly as I haven’t had any correspondence at all since my children were verified almost 4weeks ago, guess what?? Complete radio silence, nothing at all to even acknowledge that they have ready my message 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve really been trying to just forget about it and not phone but called today.
still in holding que, won’t give me a time frame it’s an awful feeling waiting round and think it will be rejected again 🙈🙈
