I honestly don’t think they’re doing COCs, all I’ve seen is people’s MRs and NCs haven’t seen one COC since beginning of last week

I feel the same rather be told sooner than later because I will be doing an MR not sure how you do it yet lol

Have any may new claims been done yet? My SD is 19th May I phoned for forms on 14th April. I sent 2x Speech and Language reports, ASD assessment referral acception letter, medications for toileting, medications for sleep, aids and adaptations list, sleep diary, day diary, sensory difficulties list, IEP, and various consultation notes from DRs. DD is 5, do you think we have a chance? Hate the thought of possibly having to do a MR.

Hello, my SD are the 13th and 15th of May haven't heard anything yet but I was told the 13th May SD was with a DM when I rang on Thursday to see if they had the extra evidence I sent in.

You'll get forms sent out around 6 months before so you'll get forms Jan/Feb 2027

Hey to do a MR if your rejected you will be sent a letter stating why it's been rejected if you read through it I found it easier to highlight certain bits and write down why I think they are wrong and made sure I had evidence to prove that and I then just went through everything else and sent proof just evidence if you have it then give them a call I think it's 1 if your in England then 3 for MR I might be wrong it's been a while lol then ask for a mandatory reconsideration then they go through it all what you don't agree with why you don't agree with it and what proof your sending xxx hope this helps

They automatically send you forms, you don't have to call or apply again or anything. They only gave us 9 months of dla. Find it totally bizarre.

MR (scan date 30th Jan). Phoned Friday and still not been assigned to DM. I’m so anxious waiting for a decision. I don’t know whether to send in the latest medical report for my son or just wait.

Hi! I don’t think you will have much longer than to wait. You could call and ask to see whether you are with a decision maker or not to see if it’s worth sending it in. You could also ask to put a note on your case about some new evidence and sometimes they will ring you to discuss - I did this with one of my kids - they didn’t call (!!) but there was a note made on the application

I'm getting so fed up of waiting & seeing people from feb getting answers before us. My Mr is the same date as yours & my original scan date was 19/7/24. It's so frustrating.
