I think mine is also refused. haven't heard anything from them apart from it was with a case manager for several weeks. NC SD 6 March

I rang everyday last week and was told different things each time IV seen alot of Mays done to that's what's making me think. Mines a decline with that or our DMs are on holiday,I hope we're not waiting much longer x

I know it really is annoying keep.gwtronh told different things then otherwise being done past our dates my youngest sons included! I will ring again on Monday though also the last person I spoke to said he put it on my claim to smws me a text when decision is made not holding my breath on that one though!

They should 100% have soms sort of online portal where you can track progress. It would free up the lines for people needing to do anything other than check progress and would save everyone the headache of wondering and painstakingly waiting. Surely ir wouldnt be that hard to implament

new diagnosis/ piece of eveidence sent early June
still waiting

Noway im 21/3 still waiting i would ring next week i had to send proof of identity in July but still heard nothing i know they have it as I had that confirmed by phone call when I phoned

My son had his usual Paediatrician and Neurologist appointment within two weeks of receiving the decision for his renewal so I sent those reports along with the MR.

I also used this template from Mencap (linked below) to go into detail and reference why my son qualified for HRC based on the evidence that I had already sent them. Good luck!

im over 25 weeks, got a call today from DM!! Was so shocked on a Sunday!
he asked me more questions told me what school had said etc.. at end of call, he told me my daughter had been awarded what rate and how much was going to paid into my account.

finally after so long!!!
