Hi was just coming on to update rang this morning still not allocated to DM despite what the “team leader” told me on Wednesday he was a nice guy really understanding who I spoke to today said it’s going to be a matter of days?? I said il call back Wednesday when it’s 28 weeks! If Iv not heard anything!
looks like another weekend of us not knowing 😩

He did mention like the other lady they are working over weekend to catch up??!

Hey I'm 7/02 scan date for MR and mine is still not allocated to a DM i reckon i have another few weeks wait 😩 i got some good further evidence so in a way might be a blessing for me as i still have time to submit it but yeah very very frustrating!! xx

So frustrating! You've waited so long i really hope you get the decision you are wanting, it's a ridiculous wait, i completely understand they are busy but it's crazy how the new claims are getting done so quickly x

we are all anxious about it as it is. Let alone chasing them daily.
I’ve provided so much evidence I just hope they even read it all. that’s also what I’m worried about.
If I’m a decline again I’m def taken tribunal.

I just called the lady sounded miserable but confirmed my lo has got middle rate care so she is sending a statement of reasons long journey ahead my boy is nearly 3 however has the brain age of a 1 year old he’s mute and wakes frequently to night terrors and constantly screams for hours he goes to sleep about 1 in the morning and then is up multiple times through the night

Once you have your statement of reasons what’s the process for appeal xx

I think you can either get forms sent to you or you can call up and ask for a mandatory reconsideration, i would then send in as much additional evidence as possible including a long letter detailing anything you may of missed xx

I just rang. Not with DM yet and taking a minimum of 16 weeks, told me I can call back in a few weeks for an update

Honestly i feel like they just say anything to get you off the phone, I reckon a couple more weeks yet, its crazy isnt it, even worse if it gets declined again after all this waiting 😩

MR received on the 28/02 which was 22 weeks ago.

Woke up today to backpay in my account and figured that my 3 year old’s claim was changed from MRC to HRC. Called up and spoke with a nice guy who confirmed this for me. I’ll wait for the letter to arrive to inform UC.

Gave in and I’m now on hold 😂 I’m sick of seeing people in March/ April getting their COCs back and non of us hearing back, I know I’ll get told there’s nothing they can do, don’t ring back and just wait but it’s annoying me now 😅

Refused to look at my COC claim and said it could be another several months, absolute joke this

I called still with DM and should be done really soon he said hopefully next week also update from UC I received back pay for careers and the adjustments to benefit cap of £4301 today but no letter on journal to confirm just payment today still not the child disability element so maybe that's done separate x

How are MR’s from the end of FEBRUARY being completed?

That’s two I’ve seen today with February dates (26th and 28th!)

SO many people on Facebook with MR’s going back to early January that aren’t even with DM’s yet!

Mines 14/2 they received the forms but hadn’t heard anything since rand them today and he wouldn’t even look at my claim just said there’s no wait time anymore and it could be several months until they make a decision and put the phone down, I’m tempted to ring again and ask them to look at my claim to see if there’s an update I’ve seen so many march/ April the last few days it’s really annoying me now 😩

Oh wow I would have been fuming! I've currently been for hold for 48 minutes and I'm invested now lol
