If only they had an online portal we could log into and upload the forms and evidence and check on the progress! That would cut all those unnecessary phone calls and be able to employ more caseworkers!! Aahhhh why do the gov make everything so backwards!!

What sort of dates are they?

We've already been waiting 27 weeks and 2 days and apparently no time scale to when it will be done now 😩 such a long wait is t it her inital claim was sent in 49 weeks ago now

I honestly don’t know I think they’re just doing whatever they want at this point I’ve seen some done from march, a few feb today someone even had theirs from April the other day 😩

28/2 was one I saw 2/2 was another and there was a couple more in there too, also a couple from march 😩

Its absolutely ridiculous and the amount of February MRs iv seen on facebook done today is annoying, are you ringing tomorrow? Hopefully you get some good news

yes I’m going to call tomorrow mine was escalated on Wednesday I had a call back from a team leader who said I should get a decision on Monday at the latest 🤔 not getting my hopes up but I thought I’d call tomorrow see if there any updates

Following sent renewal off they had it on the 1st of July

I’ve seen a few May scan dates this week. I’m April, still nothing and a few are still waiting from March 😩x

I say this all the time! We wouldn’t be so stressed if we could check the progress of the claim x

When you ring to check progress of claims what do you ask for? Just tell them you want an update? Sorry If thats a stupid question i have really bad anxiety so I have to script any phone calls like this 😂

My little one just got middle rate scan date 31/4 what rate uc will he get I thought he would of got higher due to him having higher needs then my daughter who is on hrc

For middle rate care youd get the lower component for disabled child element which is 158.76

I just called now he said same as they always do
I said how come some people on FB have a scan date for Feb for an MR and have been done before if it’s date order, he said that’s not correct it’s def done in date order!
I said well it’s clearly not 😂
He said they are working hard to catch up on back log.

I sent evidence in tried to phone to see if it's been uploaded on the system to be told we didn't phone so we're not sure why your calling so please don't contact us again we will be in touch 😂🤔
I did state there's evidence I would like to make sure has made it through to yourselfs and got hung up on 🤢🤔
