I rang up last week and they told me all that about 28 week wait because I’ve not heard anything and mines not even queued to go to DM yet 😩 They told me not to ring back and it’ll be done when it’s done 🤦🏽‍♀️ mines 24 weeks tomorrow since I got the message from Royal Mail that they received it

That’s brilliant news, I’ve never heard of them call a dm and case officer before but atleast it’s being looked at, they will probably make a pending decision while waiting for your extra evidence so it will be quicker once your evidence arrives.

I called yesterday I’m only 14 weeks in and was advised they have been told not to give timeframes anymore!

Tried to call twice but had to hang up as my daughter needed me. Ill leave it until monday I think

Seen on fb that someone been awarded with scan date 20th may my scan date is 19th may so hope mine won’t be too much longer but I rang on Monday and wasn’t with a dm they said it was in a que waiting to do to a dm

Hello, I've just rang to see if they have received more extra evidence for NC SD 13/05 which they have and he also told me that it's now with a DM .just wondering how long after being with a DM did you hear back?

I’ve had no updates at all, not on my statements or anything

My daughter mr is 22nd of January i rang today and they said its still not with a case worker and not to ring back 😑

rang today to check it was recieved, he said yes and being done up to a day before.. award ending 11/11 but he said if I don’t hear by that date then to ring, also said payments will stop if not done by then which is shocking!

I’m a week behind you, there’s someone else from the same scan date as yours waiting too. They are taking so long!

Yeah apparently they are taking the full 25 weeks but some are waiting past that date... I don't get why I received a random text.. Sent my MR in March they received it 4/4, sent extra evidence beginning of June called to see if received and it has been but I've never got a text of them to acknowledge the MR so was confused why I got a random text 17 weeks into the MR..
Mine won't be done for another 8 weeks or so.. Hopefully you hear something soon.. Good luck 🍀

I remember back in 2023 when I was waiting for my sons new claim they sent texts while we was waiting. I haven’t received a text since then and I’ve done 2 other new claims, a renewal and currently waiting for a COC a text update every now and again would stop us needing to call.

It's a joke but if they wanted anything from us we have a deadline given IV wrote a few times on my journal but no replys c

Mines been with DM since 11th July I called again today to be told it will definitely be done beginning week of August not holding my breath perhaps ours are with same DM lol
