MR 16/01
Rang today to check progress as it's been with a case worker for over a week. Guy on the phone told me a decision was made on Saturday but unable to tell me outcome. I called again and managed to speak to someone who could. HRC and LRM awarded until 2028 🎉
Good luck to everyone still waiting xx

Meglee93 · 29/07/2025 18:03

Are there any MR on fb been awarded today? Xx

Oilytoe90 · 29/07/2025 18:40

Any COC awards today?

Curlycookie5 · 29/07/2025 19:28

@Greenyb I haven’t seen any December coc still waiting, only end of January. I’ve done coc for both care and mobility too, because it’s such a long wait ive been sending in more evidence as I get it, they should have enough now to support my claim for hrc and hrm but we will see 🤞

That’s good then! I’m thinking she said that so I wouldn’t phone again which I’m not going to I don’t see no point now because I sent everything in Feb, I’ve been trying to gather more evidence but the OT messed up loads of paperwork which I could have used so I couldn’t send it I was hoping to send it all by now so I’m just going to have to wait to see what they come back with and maybe appeal it to give more evidence when I can get hold of it, hoping to hear something at least in the next month or two

I rang today COC 26 weeks + 1 day and was told no where near being decided and not with decision maker. Couldn’t give a time frame but said they were doing over time to try and catch up

Thanks for updating. Is your COC for care and mobility or just mobility? Surely you must have a decision in the next week or two, I don’t think any COC has gone over 28 weeks for a while?

s39 · 30/07/2025 09:35

Iv just called no decision made not with a DM still in holding que now saying claims are taking up to 30 weeks!
She said can ask “team leader” to call me back today but not sure if she can do anything different to what she’s already told me!
So frustrated but can’t do anything apart from wait!

Yes a lady has just called me back now I was shocked it was so quick I thought I was being fobbed off this morning so she said she has put it to the top the pile and DM will pick it up by the end of the day?? And also said DMs are working overtime this weekend so will catch up with the backlogs I don’t know how much of it is true but said I should have a decision by Monday 🤔🤞🏼

It's so annoying isn't it ,IV seen FB posts saying about how quick pip is and UC enquiries are being done quick so I can't see why DLA are so long

Amazing! Fingers crossed they stick to what they say! Hopefully they get these waiting times sorted as it's absolute madness at the moment! Mine hasn't been assigned yet but I'm only 25 weeks so I imagine I'll be waiting at least 2 or 3 more weeks xx

Jenni20 · 30/07/2025 11:46

Hi. I sent my forms off on the 7/5/25. Scan date 16/05/25. Received a letter saying 15 week but when I rang to give more information she said 20-25 weeks. Has anybody heard earlier than this? I know it’s not been that long and I don’t want to ring. X

distinctpossibility · 30/07/2025 11:49

I have received a payment in my account over the last couple of days. Forms received 23rd April. Spoke to DM last week to confirm a detail I'd missed off (23rd July I think) and was told decision had been made. No letter received yet but I think the right decision has been made based on the amount I was awarded. Very relieved.
