I know I’m going to call tomorrow will be 27 weeks I don’t think they will have a decision though

Hi everyone, COC 26/03, 18 weeks tomorrow, I have gathered a lot of new information, should I call them and ask if it's too late to send it.

Call them to check but I think you will have enough time as COCs are currently 25+ wait time x

I called on Friday about sending more evidence for my COC and they said they couldn’t give me a timeframe of when mine would be looked at so I have sent in extra evidence yesterday. I’m just 2 weeks behind you for COC.

Got through to be told there having technical issues 😕 she managed to get the claim up to be told it's not with DM and its in holding queue 😕 I told her IV been told by a few ppl.its been with DM since 11th of July she said well it's not and to call back next week and cut me.off I'm fuming because IV been told so many different things I'm going to call back later today hopefully get told the truth SD 4/4

Got the text yesterday, NC scan date 24th April.

Thats really bad I did see April's being done yes try ring later but mines been with them since before 4th July

It's ridiculous isn't it I know mine is with DM the last sounded like she couldn't be bothered really,it's just so frustrating that my youngest son was done 2 weeks ago and his SD was 25/4

No LO was awarded LRC only she’s 4 x
Original SD was 12/8/24 was awarded on 24/12 than put an MR on 22/1/25 so it’s 27 weeks tomorrow it feels like forever 😩

Just seen another post on fb scan date was the 13th May. I’m not sure how they decide what ones to get done first

Are you hoping for middle rate or high? I got awarded middle rate but my son definitely qualifies for high rate as he's under a sleep specialist and requires constant supervision at night time, just hoping they actually read all the evidence x

Sent my forms in 14/2 for a COC rang up last week and they told me they’re still doing forms from December so I’m in for a long wait

I think @Loulou12321 is the longest wait at the moment for COC her scan date is 27/1 although a 30/1 COC had there decision a few weeks ago, just so you kind of know where they are at with COC, I’ve got ages yet scan date 8/4 but keeping up with the thread and wait times to pass the time 😂

I’ve seen some people get their COC looked at from march or are with a DM, they’ve not even queued mine, the whole system is a joke, especially when people are relying on a decision that ultimately affects everything like income, childcare etc 😫

I know, I’ve seen a March be awarded at 15 weeks not long ago that was just for the mobility side of it, it seems some are being done randomly and others are waiting ages. I do wonder if there is a difference in wait times for people just changing the mobility side of the claim to the whole claim being looked at again?

That could be true actually! I’ve applied for both mobility and care COC so that maybe why it’s taking so long, I’ve had to ring them a couple of times because they never got in touch with me to even tell me they received the evidence and they were telling me to ring back this many weeks etc the last time I rang I was just like is their a date, month, year we could know when the decision could be made by and she just said no you’re in for a long wait as they are just doing December forms now so don’t ring back 😅 and that was last week so no idea what’s going on
