I just had an email saying they received my claim and thst was it

I wanted to as well but I didn’t as I’m scared they’ll be horrible to me 🤣

I’m not sure there is many coc on this thread at the moment, I’m coc but I’ve got a long wait, I’m only 14 weeks

My little girl has been awarded MIDDLE RATE CARE

I AM SO HAPPY HOORAYYY

The backdated payment came through just after midnight. Pleased is an understatement. Thank you God.

This will be going towards her shoes, her travel, her holidays her days out and so much more.

I called the forms mid Feb after her surgery and diagnosis. This little girl has been through so much I'm so happy.

MR 25 weeks and 5 days.

NC July last year, total decline.

Just received the back pay (£5304), so I think it looks like they have awarded middle rate care and lower rate mobility potentially.

Over the moon, as now we can get him the extra help he needs.

We did send in extra documents, as at the time of the original claim we didn’t have it or were waiting for it, which we explained. Documents included proof of hospital referral letters and the EP report, which I highlighted for the DM with relevant parts, including the Echp suggestions etc and resubmitted the speech and language report, again highlighted.

Hopefully all of you will get the news you are hoping for, if you don’t, keep fighting!!!

Long time lurker, woke up to back pay this morning NC scan date 4/4 so just under 15 weeks.
Keeping my fingers crossed for the rest of you.

Another morning not woke up to any back pay 🤣 starting to feel like mr is heading for decline and I will be doing tribunal x

Can I ask when did you last call and they said it wasn't being looked at,as I called 2 days ago and they said it's still in holding queue but I know they've said this to alot if ppl and then next day or so they've been awarded I feel like calling again but don't want a rude person the other end lol

Does a text to say we have made a decision mean a decline? This was for a coc/mobility just stressing as i didnt get a text last time, i am gonna call but cannot get through atm

Not always there has been awards with that text aswell. What is your scan date?

Scan date was 10/01 got through she was awarded lmr and has gone up from mrc to hrc so a text isnt always bad thankfully
