@Betsy93 I called last week for an update hoping that atleast it will be with a DM but nothing and just the normal it could take up to 25 weeks 😅

Yes me too got told the same today. Just had enough now and want it over with I sent off what I believe as decent evidence but if we get a no I'll end up climbing the walls x

TashaxJ · 17/06/2025 17:12

Mine went to a dm on 02/05 and I had a decision on 29/05 some take their time xx

I know! The joyrnal is stupid they ignore the messages , seems everyone gets it done straight away mine nearly 2 weeks just waiting to be verified then more waiting for decision maker for back pay. Different if we owed them money tho, straight onto it then aren’t they

I know so annoying l rang them today as well they said they will send message on journal but no message yet my statement due this week was hoping it would be done.

Rochemumma · 17/06/2025 17:27

I think they just make it all up on the phone to get rid of us tbh 🙈

Renewal done!!! From MRC LRM to HRC LRM till 2029!!! So pleased.
can anyone tell me how do I update my UC middle rate to higher

I Done change circumstances then put date on when awarded from which is your scan date and put in higher rate then have wait for it be verified which can take time l have been waiting for nearly two weeks but might be lucky get done sooner.

Congratulations to all awarded let's keep fighting for our kids 💙 ❤️

26/02 and nothing yet, I’ve seen March ones but also early Feb so think it’s a bit of a wide range with new claims!

I wonder if there will be less MR and COC scan dates towards the end of December due to the Christmas / new year shut down to make wait times alittle sooner 🤞 or am I wishful thinking 😂

Mumof1J · 17/06/2025 21:09

Amylee192 · 17/06/2025 23:35

Hi, been following for a few weeks, hoping to see a similar situation. I sent a COC coming up to 20 weeks ago but our renewal was also sent in same month (due to end 5/7) I called a few weeks ago as not heard anything to say it had been received. anyway long story short there was a mix up with both both files and renewal wasn’t registered on system. I was told it would be put together asap and done at same time. Few days later I received a letter with scan date 18/3 (I definitely sent before this date!- still not heard anything the wait is horrendous:(

Did you put all the same information for both COC and renewal? I would imagine they would do it as a renewal and not a COC. My sons renewal runs out 12/7 and I’ve already got the decision last month but some renewals seem to be being done closer to the end date.

Lcd93 · 18/06/2025 04:15

For the people who have put in for COC do you still recieve your payments as normal while your claim is being looked at? As i read on another post the payments I recieve now will stop until my COC claim has been looked at thank you.

No the payments continue as normal until decision has been made it’s the same with MR if your appealing for a higher rate x
