Hello everyone just wanted to ask , iv been received call from dla department last week tuesday ..one of the gentleman asked about my sons health condition and asked about more evidence so i sended letter from last year from health visitor on thursday special delivery do you guys ever had this experience? And if yes , how long it would take to do decision? Thanks for any replies xx

I would give them a call tomorrow & ask for an update a decision might of been made if they were only waiting on that evidence

Xx no they didnt made a decision 😔 they waiting on letter to be send and then they will make decision i was ringing them on friday case on Thursday i sended the letter by special delivery and they told me they dodnt receive it yet and asked me to call this friday in 4 days 😫 and my SD was 10/12 2025

I'm in Surrey I did ring last Friday and they said it was in a holding queue I'll call tomorrow and just see if it's been allocated to some yet congratulations on yours tho hope it's help your dc x

I did phone on Friday just gone myself an was told there are thousands of claims and I would be looking around September/October time for a decision but then I seen it pending on monzo this morning so called again. Hope you get a positive outcome
