Anybody on her claiming carers allowance not on UC? I work cleaning 16hrs week I believe I am eligible as earn below the limit - 178 weekly ... im thinking now will i start paying tax?

Hi guys been calling today ,, i will be 30 weeks on Tuesday and guess what ??? They said they cant tell me when decisio gunna be made cause they have lots of forms and they are extremely busy on changing circumstances 😩 its just taking to long now x looks very negative for me ☹️

I let universal credit know about my sons DLA on 4th June still nothing not even verified my children yet 🤔

In case anyone was interested, I raised a complaint and contacted my mp. Today it was sorted and I got my disabled child element backpay. So glad it’s finally sorted. Good luck to everyone still waiting for answers I hope that all your children get the awards they deserve

What are those with COC date they are on now x

I think they are all over the place someone has received back pay for COC at 15 weeks today but another person has been waiting nearly 30 weeks for COC 😵‍💫

Hi, is the back pay issued immediately after the decision? I am a little worried that I may have put the wrong bank details down because usually pending payments show on my account.

I'll be 28 weeks Monday for COC... Haven't called for a few weeks. Keep getting told just to wait...

Wait times for COCs & MRs have become more & more ridiculous over these last few months! Call handlers feed you the 25 week wait until 25 weeks pass than don’t know what to tell you bcos they don’t have a clue themselves!!
Just curious to know if anyone recently has been awarded for a MR in less than 25 weeks?

Yep still waiting they’ve verified 1 out of 4 children, been nearly 3 weeks

I'm wondering the same! It's so strange they send letters saying 11 weeks! Then get annoyed when you call up wondering why it's taking so long xx

Got my letter today my boys gone up to HRC from MRC from todays date till 2027 so does that mean no backpay from when i sent forms back in February?

last pay was 24th june so letter says you are entitled to the allowance from and including 02/07/2025 we can pay you…
so what would next pay date be and does that mean il get a week of dla on the 2nd if there starting it again from then

Renewals carry on on the same date you are due to get paid it will just change to the high rate next time you get paid. Yes let uc know you will receive a higher disability element

What is your scan date mine went from MRC to HRC and got backpay from dla but mine scan was in Feb to June and uc will backdate it too from your scan date need to do change circumstance on uc hope this helps x

@ttt2025 looks like only backpay you from 2nd of July l would ring them if you put it in Feb because mine is from 20th feb which is my scan date!! You need know before you update uc!
