I went through option 4, I was the same I felt like I was going to vomit! option 4 is the best to go through as they can tell you everything x

My son was denied first time around too! He’s severely sight impaired, which states he’s eligible on their website! He was awarded with MR so hopefully you’ll get a positive outcome too! 🤞🤞

saw a few posts on fb today same date and have been awarded.
called earlier and said its with the dm and that ive requested a text when they’ve made a decision the wait its physically and mentally draining me at this point

I got through at 5:30 they don’t cut off if you’ve been waiting a while and I called at 4:35 Friday x

Been on hold 45 minutes I just hope they answer as it’s 5pm now!

These people really know how to stress you out! Got through to be told no decision has been made even though 3 advisors before all said a decision has been made! So I’ll be back to calling at 9am because this makes no sense. I even told him refresh your screen he said it’s in live time. Sighs

Sorry for sounding dumb but why would it be special circumstances? I’ll be 25wks MR on Friday so may aswell just wait it out now. I just saw the thing about cancer or having things removed before they turn cancerous, that is pretty much my son, he doesn’t have cancer thank god but he is riddled with rumours which could turn sinister 😔 I sent a load of his hospital notes off a couple of weeks ago but none of them really reflect how his disease affects him. I’m just hoping and praying his decision is overturned but knowing my luck, it won’t be

Any other MR 3/12 heard anything today? as I’ve seen a few after our date get responses.
It’s officially 365 days tomorrow since I first applied.
im very convinced it’s a decline again as most people who are going through an MR have DM call them for info. Just would like to know so I can stop thinking about it all the time and let go.

@ProudZebra dont quote me on it as I could be wrong but children with certain illnesses I believe came under the special circumstances rule which I thought included tumours. Trying googling it I could be wrong but I am sure I saw a check box for that in my form xx
