Good morning everyone, I have been watching this thread for a short while, my SD is 30/03 it is a renewal, was on MRC was paid normal payment yesterday but have woken up to a very similar payment today, which I am confused as that would not be much back date if it has gone up I am totally unsure or maybe don’t qualify for back pay as still being receiving normal payments per month, does anyone who has done a renewal know how it works, thank you

29 weeks! That's utterly ridiculous can't they escalate it for you ? X

Yesterday was told also in a pile, phoned Monday to be told it's at top of que to go to a certain decision maker. None of them know what they are talking about x

How old is your child they could of added LRM maybe, when did my renewal l got payment week later from my normal payment, x

Hi, she is 15 and has SLD, thanks, I think I may give them a call as I am unable to work out what has happened/changed x

Yeah could be LRM or HRC l would ring up then you will know what been awarded use the option 4 they tell you on that one, x

I’ve had a back payment of 1030.85, can anyone tell me what rate this equates to? Scan date was the 27/3

Just wondering if Anyone would be able to advise me please first time awarded for my little girl who's 5 got a payment of £1640 and scan date 22nd of march would be much appreciated

Interesting, scan dates near the end of March coming up now aswell! I never understand these lol

Decisions are being made quite fast on NC some people have been awarded within 12/13 weeks looks like they have caught up with backlog!
shocking MRs and COCs are waiting 25-30 weeks

Neither do I lol. But i like seeing around what dates there getting up to. I'm sure their will be more as the day goes on x

I called last Thursday and it wasn’t with a DM yet, I’m going to call again on Friday and hope it’s moved along a little!

I'd call again to check it. Maybe your dm went on holiday or something? There's still some febs being awarded on fb. One this morning was from 4/2

How long typically after been with a dm do you recieve a decision, I know it all depends but mine went to a dm Friday had a call on Monday and still no decision, I'm not feeling hopeful

mine went to dm wednesday morning and had a decision by Wednesday 12:40pm xx

could they be waiting for people to contact them back? my dm didn’t ring anyone for ours xx

Ask if they have needed to contact someone has usually if they can after they speak to you they make there decision- good luck

Nothing was mentioned to me. The dm asked me about night time needs and said I will receive letter once decision made

Perhaps the DM works part time? guessing all DM’s work differently so don’t give up hope xx
