Backpay showing in my bank to be paid tomorrow

Actually just checked and SD is 10/03. Called for form on 31/01, my son's been awarded £2046.25 can someone work out what rate this is please?

I think they've not worked it out from 31st Jan when I called. But need to find the letter I got when they recieved it to see what it says. Luckily I took photos of the front of the form with the stamp on before I sent it

I'm 06/03. still waiting too. and seeing people awarded earlier than this makes me think that it might be a decline.

sent further evidence last Thursday said it’s not been scanned in yet and not with a case manager of which I’m not surprised because seeing people are waiting 28-30 weeks at least gives time for my new evidence to be scanned in

Woke up this morning with a payment in my account I was so shocked to hear back so fast as I wasn’t actually expecting to hear anything until around October time

They are 3y old.

Sent: refferal for autism, S&Lt, Educational psychologist report, IDS report, letter they've been accepted for EHCP and nursery filled up their bit.

The waiting was nerve wracking but so pleased for my girls. I can get them the help they deserve. ❤️

NC SD 11.03 - it's been such a long stressful wait. I called once before over a week ago to check my additional evidence had arrived and it was not a pleasant experience 🫣 I was told not to call back till August as that is when a decision will be made. Everytime I hear of claims around my date being processed I think about calling, but then I relive the last time and it puts me off 🤣

I’ve got a payment pending in my account for £1612.05 only just noticed it on my Monzo account. SS 06/03 and he’s 3 so won’t be any mobility

I know the feeling the last person I spoke to, made me question why I was calling. It was quite upsetting. But to be told different things each time u call is very confusing, I'm just not going to call till end of week.

I completely relate! I honestly feel awful when I call, and I've only ever rang twice once for the address to send additional information and then about 10 days later to check if it had been received but I have enough going on at home to deal with, without having to worry about them too! I think I will hold off and wait for the letter if that is what everyone things is best? I have no idea,I m new to this and feel so lost 😞

These people do not know what they are doing there's about 30% of agents that don't know what day it is 😂
My claim has been with dm since 20th
Had call from dm yesterday
He was adamant it wasn't with a dm as scan date is only 7th march
I said she called me yesterday
Searches on his computer

Oh yes she has well there's still no decision

They drive me nuts. They don't have a clue and just say everyone else is lying when you say others have been awarded 🤣.
Its literally their job to keep people updated

COC 18/12 still waiting in a qué 😔😔 no timeframe at all, told it's just a waiting game

If you got the forms back in time they will of backdated to when you called. The backdated is from the first Tuesday after you called. Also remember rates went up in April so factor that in

I called today we have a renewal that ends 5/7 but also a COC I filled in over 20 weeks ago when little turned 5(never been given a scan date or a letter to say they have it) The advisor said that they will both be looked at separately but renewal will be done first some point next week! If I haven’t heard anything to call back Thursday so it can be pushed quicker 🤷🏻‍♀️. She currently receives MRC she has no diagnosis but on 4 different pathways austism, DLD, ADHD and dyspraxia no one seems to be able to tell us what’s actually wrong. She is non verbally only speaks 3 words has had developmental issues it’s like she’s 3+ years behind children her own age.

Hi COC SD 4/12 I was told yesterday it's in a pile, at the last stage it can get to. And to expect it to be looked at this week. 1st she told me it can take up to 25 weeks when I said I'm in my 29th week she proceeded to tell me it will be anytime soon! At this point don't know what to think.

NC - bit of a weird experience for me as I sent the forms back in early March and never received confirmation they’d gotten these so rang in April to be told yes we have them they were scanned in 7/3. Again didn’t get a letter so thought I’d double check in May. I was then told nope we don’t have anything for this child, sorry you were told otherwise please fill out the forms again & if needed send the time and date of your call so they can see you were told forms had been received. Anyways went on holiday and forms were received whilst we were away, started to fill the new forms to then get a letter late May saying we have received your claim and it was scanned 7/3. I rang to triple check because at this point I was confused. Anyways after all that woke up to back pay today so he’s been awarded. Can’t for the life of me work out what rates but either way I’m happy for my boy.
