Hi I'm COC SD 4/12, I was told yesterday its with a decision maker and that it can be anytime soon any day, I called after 4pm yesterday and was told it can be up to 2 weeks! And that its in a pile to be seen. I really don't know what's going on. I keep getting told different things. I am going to call now

Yesterday at 9am, I was told it was with a decision maker and that it can be anytime soon, at 4pm I was told no it's not, but it's in a pile to be seen.
I'm calling them now and see what they are saying today

I was told today mine was with case worker. But ya never know what to believe as they all say different x mr 13/12

Let us know they don't seem to know anything at all and just parrot the script, I had one like that today who was convinced it was taking 25 weeks and was all shocked when I said I'm over 26 weeks and then went oh but that's just a average of time taken 🙄🙄

@Danleigh89 I know it's so frustrating I've not called that much but now that's it's past 28 weeks you'd have thought a decision would of been made

I keep getting told different scan dates but the latest one puts me at 24+3 for MR also, let me know if you do actually get a decision by 25wks, I got told to wait until the end of July which would be 30weeks 😳

Our scan date is 31/12 so 25 weeks next Tuesday. I dont believe for 1 second a decision will have been made.

I'm still waiting on COC from 17th February, looks like it will be a while yet before I hear anything.
Also a NC scan date 24/04/25

I've been told, it's Not with a decision maker and that I have to wait, they are sorry it's taking this long but I should hear something in 2 weeks. The wait continues...

It’s bloody stupid. How can one say its with a decision maker and others say it’s not. I thought they’d all have same info on screen. It’s really frustrating. It’s making me think mines not with one now x

hope someone can help. Been on uc for couple of years. Was joint claim but husband moved out in January due to falling out. I removed him from my claim. Worked on it. Added him back on on 2nd June when he moved back in. In that time my son was awarded high rate care. I updated and asked for it to be backdated. Waited 2 weeks for verification of the children to then be told can’t be backdated as my claim only started on the 2nd June. Surely that isn’t right? I was entitled to uc the whole time and still am? Can anyone advise?

I got the same thing my SD day is 10/12 still nothing and they keep saying one of then said decision will be next week others say couple of weeks then the others says 4 weeks its giving me headaches 😩😩
