Dm just rang me now to ask a few questions and said decision being made now and letter in 7-10 days so going to leave it an hour and then ring to see outcome. Have you called today? Xx

We have a SD of 08/03 and didnt get letter till mid May

The FB admins really annoy me!! there are people asking for advice and they shut comments off on every post. Everytime I try post they decline it also!

i use the uk disability support group on fb for this reason x

Mine gone to decision maker this morning, says on there no time scale but but says on journal that got be update by 4th July hope this helps hopefully not waiting long x

Mines with a decision maker. One person said my scan date was 13/12 other person on phone said it was 11/12 confusing lol but assuming there up to around these dates

I've just been told they are working on novembers cases, when I was told they are on beginning of December 😫😫😉 I'm soooo fed up now x

I’ve just called back and there saying a decision hasnt been awarded yet?? I don’t understand as decision maker rang at 11:22 am this morning on this number 0800 023 2635 and said he was making a decision there and then he just needed to ask about night time care for my son and I’d get the letter in 7-10 working days.

I wonder if he has approved and it’s awaiting for payment being calculated etc, not quite sure xx

Call them again about 4 or leave till Monday they drive me mad x

They need to learn communication skills😂😂 agent said on phone not been made and I don’t need to ring as the letter will tell me when it comes Rude. I think that guy didn’t want to work today with the weather😂. I’ll try after school run and if no luck wait till Monday.

Scan date 17th march £1030.85 pending 3 year old.

I got message this morning saying wasn't completed by the date give me which was 19th June l rang them and send message to my the payments part and then sent message on my journal saying all updated on my payments and going send it to dm said no time scale but then seen it needs to be done by 4th July. x

No I've not had anything else since yesterday's message saying it's been sent to a dm, I'm not sure how long it takes once it goes to them, when did yours go to a dm if you don't mind me asking sorry? I've always assumed when a payment has been accepted its usually 3 to 5 working days isn't it? Maybe you'll get another letter soon with a payment date on? X

Got sent to dm this morning then got letter like 30mins ago hopefully get yours soon, had message on my journal this morning saying wasnt done in time so they had chase it, it was done few hours x

Mr 24+3 called today, still not assigned to a DM. I've been told a decision will be made by 25 weeks 😂 and to call Wednesday next week for the outcome.

Yes I'm finally with a dm! Fingers crossed for us both!
