Mine have still not been verified yet done mine nearly 2 weeks ago they can take up to 4weeks.
have you rang them they told me wants its verified to ring them or send message they do the back pay. X

I sent off extra evidence but at the time I didn’t have a reference/little ones NI number, so I used his name and DOB. I sent off recorded delivery, will this have worked?
Im awaiting the school to do a letter for me so I can send this off ASAP

Hey! I updates change of circumstances on monday 9th last week and on Wednesday 11th both my kids were verified only 1 gets dla i have messaged twice but not heard anything? I did phone on Thursday or Friday but they just said got to wait for a message back on journal as they cant do anything over the phone, I have had my statement since the verify and it was reflected with that so my payments have been sorted, I was middle rate care then after renewal we went up to high rate care low rate mobility so that's why I did changes obviously and that has come through on my statement but just nothing about back pay? I have seen it takes 3/4 weeks so hopefully soon just alot of waiting around isn't it!

Just understand why mine taking ages to verify was done so fast last time yeah we are same we was on middle rate gone to high rate care, they got back to me last week said got wait for it be verified then do the backpay told me ring up and they send message to payments part, think some of them tell you different get mine statement this week hoping mine sorted by then just waiting game now. x

I was thinking the same, when first awarded dla 2 years ago, I updated uc and was sorted and Backdated in a week! Ridiculous how long it takes now! Hopefully you hear soon, don't know why your verify is taking so long though?

They keep saying waiting for it to complete and said depends on work load the person who is dealing with it it's bloody joke they are so slow looks like mine won't be done in time my statement is due 22nd June, think yours should be sorted in next week, going chase mine up again today because said would have message by 6clock yesterday had nothing yet, x

they said that they can’t say rates as its not fully updated their end but they can see we’ve got a £2000 backdate to 22nd october, which tells me he got awarded HRC & HRM as we’re already on MRC and little one turned 3 in april!!, i’ve cried already😭🥹

100%!! i was shaking and then cried to my partner down the phone, i was really worried about the HRC as my boy is still young and i didn’t have a massive amount of evidence❤️xx

thanks, i thought they were two different job roles.
case manager/case worker looks through evidence and makes phone calls to school, hospitals, professionals etc and then if they think its good enough, pass to the decision maker, who looks through also and then decides if it will be lower, middle high rate care/mobility.

then gets passed to payment team.

im going to call back Monday i think. and see if they have recieved her birth certificate and other things then,
its great to see all the awards coming through, I am hoping I will be soon.

What evidence did u have to get HRM if u don’t mind me asking?

It's an emotional time but it's good no more waiting around now! Is it just over 28 weeks for you? I was told they are taking 28 weeks today. So about 2 weeks for me hopefully xx

i will be honest i didn’t send much because my boy cannot walk at all, so i think thats its own route to HRM if that makes sense
