Yay the start of a fresh week! Anyone woken up to backpay this morning? Hoping there's loads of awards this week 🤞🎉

got through to a lovely lady, she said its actually embarrassing to be a call handler now because theres no way they should go over 25 weeks but still no update my end, hopefully this week though xxx

I’ve just called and got through straight away.
saying even though it’s with a decision maker they get assigned a few at the same time so it can still take a few weeks for a decision to be made 😫

Hi all. Contacted them.this morning.. I was cut off first time and then got through.. it still with decison maker.. as been for over a week now.. call handler was unsure why it taking as long and just a waiting game x

Is your a New claim? I’m at 28 weeks now for a MR think it might be a be different

Yeah I rang a couple of weeks ago and they told me it’s taking up to 27weeks and not to ring till August but I might ring at some point today to see if there is any updates

I don’t even know if it’s worth calling, I did ask for text when a decision been made. It went to decision maker on the 9th June but they are saying still can take 25 weeks. On Friday no decision had been made x

morning, im 11w tomrrow, still early days, but want to see if they have recieved my dc birth certificate, copy of prescriptions and clinical letters and consultant diagnosis report, hoping things are moving on.
my darling husband has said that because they want her certificate, they have already possibly made the decision, anyone else know this???

Rang at 9 Still with decision maker from 10/06 SD 03/12 for MR. Hopefully hear back soon said I should have decision this week and he would send her a email to ask for it to be looked at as a priority as 28weeks!

A lot can change very quickly, Friday I had no decision at 3:30pm then 4:30pm decision had been made! Hopefully you hear something back today or in the next day or two have my fingers crossed for you🤞🏼 x

Thank you!! Yes I was like shall I call back at 4pm 😭😂 I might just because he did say he can see she’s on it now system shows her looking on claim. I asked the nursery if they’ve called and she said not yet this morning. You’re right it could change so quick! Xx

Just called sd 6/3 still no decision been made been with decision maker a week today, xx

I've called and apparently it's at the top of a qué to go to a specific DM however 0 timescales could be this week could be 2 weeks time 😔

I rang just now and was on hold for bext part of 20 minutes
got through and been told they wanted her birth cert to verify her nationality
and that it has already been looked at by caseworker and is now in the queue for dm.

is that happening quite quickly do people think????

What's your SD? They asked for my sons bc on the 30/5 I guessed that they was getting ready for it to be sent off to a DM que. I sent it signed delivery and got it back 2 days later. SD 26/3

A lady on FB has been awarded from 6/3. Looks like their getting deeper into the March dates 🤞🎉

It’s been a bit slow with awards today so far, that’s the only one I’ve seen. I’m the 6/3 also xx

How long did your mr took.i am in 15 weeks 4 days should i call for an update

my sons been turned down for dla after waiting 18 week they haven’t contacted his school I think they have just rushed his claim through I am currently on hold to ask them to a mandatory reconsideration does anyone have any advice has to what I do next. On another note I feel kind of relieved I’m not having to wait absolutely gutted we didn’t get the outcome my son deserves but I will fight the best I can and do what I can to try get the outcome he deserves x

scan date is 01/04 ,.....11w tomorrow , new claim for lifelong disease sadly
sent bc off wednesday, phone handler said it can take up to 2 weeks to upload on to the system and to ring back next week which I will do first thing in the morning when back from school run but if i get it back in the post this week, then i know for sure they will have got it. when i told them the other stuff i sent (prescription, clinical letter, consultant report with diagnosis)

please keep me posted, when did they recieve it literally 2 days after
i sent it back in the envelope they gave me which had a free postage 2nd class stamp on, i would have sent it signed but my husband said they wanted that specific envelope sent back so they know its directly from us.
