They can.. coz the lady I spoke to yesterday was lovely .. she said give me two min while the other system loads..made me think ar.. so they can...
some.just can't be bothered

They all say different things- yesterday I asked for a text she said she will make a note but not many have that facility.

today I said has a note been put on to text when a decision has been made she said everyone gets a text 🙈

NC SD 27/02 rang up yesterday for an update and was told it was with a DM, but wasn’t 100% sure if I was being told the truth as I’ve seen from previous comments that one min it’s with a DM then next minute it’s waiting to be looked at, however I’ve just had a phone call from a DM asking me to confirm a few details and have been told I should have a decision by the end of the day. And that if the claim is successful to expect a back payment in 3 to 5 working days and a letter with in 7 to 10days. hoping I get the result my little boy deserves, but now doubting that I’ve put enough detail on the form, despite sending evidence from the consultant explaining that my son needs 24hr supervision as he is a danger to himself and others around him. Gonna have an anxious wait now 🤦‍♀️

They are obviously not doing date order as my little boy got awarded yesterday and his SC was 7/3 so we was 13 weeks and 6 days in …I really hope everyone gets awarded today that have been waiting longer!

does anyone know when they release the money to my bank how long it actually takes? Will it be showing Monday night ready for Tuesday? I’m with monzo

After being told on Tuesday and Thursday my daughters renewal is with a DM I’ve just called for an update and told it’s not with a DM!!!

The man on the phone yesterday said we have released the payment today in your bank so you should see it Tuesday maybe Thursday no later than that though …I’m sure it will go in soon 😊

hey! no update yet, i’m a coc but have asked them to look at both awards as my son was originally awarded at 8 months old (turned 3 in april) and now his night time needs are a lot more than they were obviously at 8 months old and he should be entitled to hrm without much of a fight as he’s completely unable to walk🤞

If they kept to date order that wouldn’t be the case. My sons renewal wasn’t due til 12/7 and the date on the letter they sent with the decision was 13/5. I was totally shocked it was done, I was fully expecting to wait til July to hear the decision. What makes it worse was I called the day before to ask if I had time to send in extra evidence and they said I had plenty of time so they would have received the evidence and made the decision the same day. This is probably the first forum I’ve been on for Dla that the dates have been all over the place usually they are in date order or a week out.

Exactly!! They don’t know what they’re talking about xxx I feel that by making a fuss or complaining it’s going to hinder my daughters renewal but the managers need to know that the staff are not telling the truth xx
