Last week when I sent something it was sent Wednesday for next day before 1 and when I called Friday it was scanned on. I put URGENT as I’m coming to end of waiting and needed it to put added quick not sure if that helped x
I would call them and tell them it’s coming and to include that in assessment that’s what I’ve done

MR 03/12 so hopefully not long 27 + 2 days

unfortunately you have a long way to go as I’m currently 3/12 and there still on November . I put URGENT on the envelope and my SD also put it on docs inside. Not sure if that has helped but my docs have always been scanned on system within a day or 2

She told me to phone back Monday..
She as also put on system I want a text with outcome..whether they do I don't no

So there currently working on the 02/12 for MR at the moment, told me to call back tomorrow or Monday unless I get a text before!

Spoke to a very arrogant woman the same BS about 25 weeks 20+1 today idek why I called tbh wishful thinking it might be with a DM but it’s not!
on the plus side no wait time answered straight away
