I rung this morning 9.50am as was 25weeks yesterday, she tried to put me through to a DM but all lines were busy, so requested a call back. They have just called me back 12.50pm. Said they currently working on 29th Nov 24 so roughly around 3/4 weeks before they get to ours. So will roughly be 28/29weeks. 7months!! How lovely

I’m so happy you got your award finally, I think they are just telling people anything these days to stop us from ringing like the date order etc xx

That’s what I’m thinking I’m thinking there saying date order to keep us quiet and of the phone 😬 x

Hi everyone I'm just waiting on my renewal due 28th June. I phoned Monday and told it was with the decision maker. Phoned again today and they told me it wasn't do these people make things up?
I felt today he didn't want to say much I had to ask if it was with the decision maker or not he wa rushing me off the phone. Hate waiting it seems like forever.

Just called, they got my boys extra evidence and both are sat in a que waiting for a DM to pick up

Have they said if they needed to contact school or gps or anything how longs yours been with a decision maker xx

So I’m 14 weeks this coming Friday and I’ve just had DLA call me for additional information he asked about my sons night time routine and day time routine etc so I told him (he’s just rang me back again asking when it was I sent the forms in the post but I can’t remember the exact date) anyway he said I should hear by end of this week on a decision NC SD 7/3 he seemed really friendly and said the extra information I gave him was good so fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Busy on the phones today. 45 mins and still on hold ……

They’ve said to resend recorded again. But he said on the phone that it’s pending decision I have no idea what they mean by this at all. I’m confused it’s 15 weeks tomorrow since they scanned the forms onto the system

i just called and asked for a straight answer why I’m still waiting when March is now being awarded and they said there was two notes one from weeks ago saying ‘school not forthcoming with information’ (they called and asked for the SENDCO to call back which was never going to happen it’s a part time SENDCO in a massive school)
and one saying ‘awaiting advice on care needs’ from the 6th June’

I asked what this means and what will happen next and he just said he wasn’t sure that’s all he could tell me.

i sent extra info from the SENDCO myself recorded delivery over a week ago and it’s still not scanned on the system either.

the endless wait continues 😭

Omg.. I feel so bad for you.. esp seeing madch dates awarded.. I'm happy for all and hope everything gets what they deserve.. but its not fair

I also called today and I was told they are waiting for medical advice. My case most be a complex one because, they have verified from nursery but it's wasn't enough.
I will wait patiently but it's not easy at all.
