COC - change of circumstances

SD - scan date

So I have just been lurking NC SD 31/1 but just had a question about renewals we also claim for our other child (twins of the new claim child) and renewal is due September...does anyone know what happens do they write to me? Just thinking about it more as it gets nearer. For those still waiting woth Dt1 we got to I think 13 weeks when the letter said 12 but everyone was saying about 18 - I called they said no updates then money was in the bank account next day!... I haven't called at all this time as don't think it's worth the hassle as is so inaccurate..until we get to like 24 weeks.

i think it’s a mixed bag on whether they send you the renewal or not, i’d call in may if claim ends september, just to make sure it’s in❤️ i also was 12 weeks last time so this wait for coc has been a killer now!

My renewal is due 09/06 I received new forms pack in January so 6 months before end date so I'd assume you should've received them by now, a friend of mine is end date August and received her new forms yesterday? I'd ring up and enquire you wouldn't want to leave it to late and then have to start from the beginning all over!

Thank you, I’m the same and thinking he’s not been awarded, I don’t have a great deal of evidence as waiting lists are so long for diagnosis, I rang today and said it had been allocated but could take up to 25 weeks! Congratulations on your award x

Someone up the chat posted a screen shot of someone on a dla facebok group getting awarded without any evidence at all and pretty quickly too

i’m struggling with this anxiety at the moment too!

I had absolutely no evidence waited like 23 weeks but got hrc will see if having lots of evidence even makes a difference as sent my sons off yesterday he’s soo much worse then my girl and actually have plenty of evidence for him

I wish I didn’t send no evidence now I’ve been waiting 11 weeks I got a long wait

Strange I applied for my daughter last September hers had a decision 2 weeks ago wonder if some are now being quicker

When I spoke to them today, they asked me all the security questions and then asked for my bank details sort code and account number that the dla is going to be paid into? Don’t think they have asked that previously but probably reading to much into it, anyone else been asked this?

Whenever I rang it was usually that or a benefit I’m getting paid it’s pretty normal

@370Sunshine123 I spoke to them Tuesday and they asked my bank details and when spoke today they told me my son had been awarded yesterday his coc

I've not had a decision made, it's just the letter confirming theyve recieved my claim says expect to hear from us within 6 weeks but I know that can't be right
