I did call them Tuesday and the said they would put as urgent as reached 25wks didn’t think was true but obviously it was

Hey just letting anyone who’s waiting on an MR my decision was made this morning after 26 weeks + 1 day, from what I’ve learnt they are being done any time between 25-27 weeks I was told they are working on dates around 23/10 now if that’s any help.

I know what you mean I'd rather they were just honest. When I rang on Tuesday not yesterday (lost track of days) she said to ring back next Friday and i actually asked her and said I'm not bothered if it is but if it's actually taking upto 29 weeks now instead of 25 weeks as ive seen online 29weeks and she said no it should be assigned to someone by 25 weeks 🤯 had the opportunity to say yes it could be 29 weeks but said no.

I spoke to someone and he explained it all so much better, all this it’s was a cm or dm is rubbish it gets allocated in bundles of 5/6 cases so even tho I have been told for atleast 8 weeks it is with a dm he said that’s all miscommunication it was only allocated to someone on Tuesday, that person would have been given 5/6 cases at that same time and would work through them I’m not sure in which order but mine was given on Tuesday and awarded this morning so it’s quite quick from the moment it’s actually with a decision maker. The lady called me this morning to tell me her decision and explain my award.

Yeah he was already given that award length when he received MRC so they just kept it like that I guess which is great. So not got to do all this till he goes to secondary school which is amazing

I think they are pip but I always use option 4 at the end instead of 2 as they always read of script etc

COC 1/11 just phoned the lady I spoke with said it’s with a DM but no decision has been made yet.

Also do you have a time limit do inform UC of the changes for a back date? As I know when it was child tax credits you had a month

They say 30 days, but it's not our fault so they will backdate
