The way my stomach would drop seeing the 0800 number, then I’d compose myself with my best voice to say hello, then they say it’s nutricia I would throw my phone down the toilet😂😂😂

Honestly I had my best phone voice on and then they said it was Nutricia and I must have sounded so cheesed off because he went errr errr are you ok? 😂😂

Yes the are working weekends. Sometimes decision makers call you over the weekend too so if your date is approaching best to keep it on just in case🤞🏽🤞🏽

It’s usually on a letter you received from them. If not put your national insurance number, but also your child’s name and D.O.B etc

i think someone put their national insurance number and it didn’t scan onto their child’s, it was separate under their own NI. If that makes sense🤷🏽‍♀️😂 they had to get it then moved from under their NI and put onto the child’s claim.

I think you’re best off writing child’s name and DOB on every page instead. Maybe even address just so they can link it to your child.

It’s fine as long as you put in a cover note with your evidence explaining you don’t know the reference number and put you name and NI number then your child’s name and date if birth, because when I have phoned up if you don’t have the child’s ref to hand they ask for your NI number

I’m just simply saying from someone else’s experience that they put their child’s name DOB and their own NI number and it didn’t make it to the child’s claim. Obviously it’s up to the poster what they choose to do.

Stillwaiting2 · 14/12/2024 14:20

quiet on fb today for decisions x

That’s strange. Yes it’s up to the poster. I was just going on my experience. Hard to know what to do for the Best sometimes

the whole system needs updating tbf🤦🏽‍♀️ like Scotland is it? Where it’s done online and that. They would save so much time
