Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month. please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful times. 💐

New claims (NC) are taking ‘around’ 20 weeks.
Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) & Change Of Circumstances (COC) between 20-25 weeks approx.
Renewals between 15-20 weeks approx
tribunals: when you disagree with MR and are considered by a court
scan date (SD) date form was scanned on the system and counting weeks for decision
original claim date: date you called up for the forms and you will be backdated

UC : universal credit
DWP: department of work and pensions
DM: decision maker; the person who assesses each claim and awards/decline a case

currently we are in July/August for decisions! xx

I’m the same Iv given up ringing they always change they story was first told wait until 30/12 now moved the goal post to 25 weeks which won’t be until first week of Feb even than it’s not certain a decision will be made!

Same. Said by 30/12 to me. Now saying 25 weeks at least so wait till mid February 🙄 hopefully be a miracle and sorted by Christmas but I doubt it. I think it’s gonna be a decline anyway 😩

I’ve rang nc 19/07 dm rang last week wanting additional evidence sent Tuesday received by dla Wednesday morning called today still not on system 🙈🙈

It’s sooo disheartening when you seen scan dates after yours being awarded, I literally feel for you all! 26/7 SD NC just my luck at the minute that I’ll go the full 25weeks. It’s so frustrating because when I rang last week they told me by 13/12 which is tomorrow (so there’s still a tiny bit of hope😅) then when I rang this week was told by 17/01. I didn’t expect this process to have such an effect on my mental health, wowzers 😂 if you don’t laugh you will cry kind of day 🤣🥲

You never know till you receive the text or letter just keep hope xx

They get some people’s scanned on the same day maybe try again in afternoon or in morning to see if it’s been scanned

I am gunna be phoning daily now 🤣🤣 she told me can take weeks to scan evidence on! I bloody hope not! X

We know that’s a lie bcos other people have confirmed same day or next they are scanned on! I don’t get why they all make it up as they go along !

I’ve come to the conclusion they all don’t sing from the same hymn sheet and just tell you whatever they think will get you of the phone fastest

I asked why WMs cases were being kept back and not being assigned we’ve noticed a pattern where ours aren’t being looked at when we’ve seen September and October MRs being awarded. She said she would get a case manager to call me either 3pm today or tomorrow to discuss.
