So sorry to hear that it's annoying she said she would then go back on it I don't know why professionals are so reluctant on helping us SEN parents it's something she witnessed she should be able to I'm upset for you x
Hopefully good news will come your way sooner than later hun x

Seen literally no MR’s today. Feel like they are locked away in a cupboard just for fun🙃😂

Thank you. I believe she’s been instructed that she can’t but no idea who would’ve said that. If I could help anyone child by making a statement I would.

Yep! Last few weeks full of awards this week very slow

I had hoped to see them flying through them but it seems to have stalled

Chels2020 · 28/11/2024 15:08

I don’t think today yet 🤞🤞 we have had any awards! What a slow week hopefully they are quietly working through the claims x

I’m going to sound a bit silly here but does a holding que basically mean it’s sitting in a que waiting for a DM to have a space then it will be allocated to an available DM as I’ve just been told mines in a holding que

Yes, it’s waiting to be assigned to a DM.

Stillwaiting2 · 28/11/2024 15:47

@Loudmomma this is what they told me this morning aswell. And that I’m 2nd in the queue. I don’t know what to believe any more because the last 2 weeks they have said it’s with a dm untill this morning and I get told above. What’s your SD x

she also said I was also 2nd in the que so I think we are all just being fobbed off xx

JW070116 · 28/11/2024 16:11

@Kc1999x it's soul destroying, I wouldn't mind so but I need to get her a new bed as she keeps trying to do back flips off the top bunk and has damaged all the dining table chairs by rocking on them so much they are beyond repair 🥴

I could literally say the same😂 the amount of beds my son has been through is a joke at this point! And the chairs looool, my son has one of them seats that you attach to the seats cause he still can’t feed himself and wouldn’t just sit for dinner like other children, but the amount of times he’s swung and fell but once he falls he can’t get out so he’s crawling across the floor like a turtle😂😂 got 6 broken chairs outside ready to go🙃

Starboymummy · 28/11/2024 16:38

Only 11 weeks here but called to update that my son has been referred to sleep clinic, I waited 30mins or longer to be answered, "Is this normal? my gosh, got a lovely gentleman who done my update, said by hes calculation I should hear by mid January which I already worked out , I thought for fun let me ask why they telling people different times , he said to be honest they just ain't got the staff for the amount of claims they have to get through , said they have repeatedly asked for the 15weeks letter to be changed but as its a different department they not listening, oh he also told me send any evidence recorded as alot of evidence seems to be getting lost lately x

🤣 I know its not funny but it's is 🫣. They are sent to try us 🤯 My daughter has flown backwards so many time it's a wonder she doesn't a permanent fractured bones, it's the bed with me at the moment she wants to do back bends so she sits on the edge of her bunk and throws herself backwards, she's not small either so it's a disaster waiting to happen 😂🤯 x
