DLA waiting times continue from thread 55

Unless some DMs are working ahead of others it makes no sense.

I definitely think some are working ahead of others. However that system is rubbish. Like the ones awarded in September MR. How are they having decisions before those in June/July. Extremely happy for them but the system is fudged🤦🏽‍♀️

Just saw on Facebook someone awarded 17/7....thats my date too. I don't know if I dare call because I called on Tuesday to check evidence had been received 😫

Seen quite a few awards on Facebook this morning.
I'm dying to call, but waiting until after 4 so there's more of a chance a decision has been made. The wait is killing me.

Do they wait until it's with DM before requesting additional info or is that done along the way?

When I rang the other day they said they hadn't requested any further info and I was in holding queue 3, 3 from main queue.....does anyone know what that means?

I can’t fathom how September ones are jumping ahead of July and August ones. It’s literally like pot luck as to which dates are being done. Once I see yours being done, I’ll hope I’m not far off 🥴

I believe it’s the DM who requests further info as that’s the only time they look at the claim. Prior to that it just sits in a tray

Have you called? Several after your date have been awarded

I just rang again and was told it’s in the top end of the Que and il know within two weeks, I think I’m told anything lol

I’m gonna call up shortly and put a complaint in. They need to make up their mind on how the system works. Proper annoyed today I am.

Congrats on all awards. It seems they're moving through a few dates this week.
Good seeing others getting awarded gives me hope.

Sounds mad, but I'm prepared for the wait till the 20 week mark now, as that'll give me a bit more time to send in evidence. Still a nervous wait though.
