Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month. please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful time.

wait time are currently between 20-25 weeks. However most likely is between 18-22 weeks.

Just asked about my scan dates..
eldest was scanned in on 13th September and my other daughters was scanned on the 28th October.

Yes, and the reference number that should be on your letter that contained your scan date.

Mine went over to a case manager last Thursday 7th, I was told by the service centre on Friday the 8th that it looks like the CM has written off for evidence but it doesn't say whom? And it could be 4-5weeks for an answer.
So I call today and this whole thing that they written off for further evidence note is nowhere to be seen, apparently it's with a case manager but not been looked at yet I will have an answer in 7-10 days 😅🤣 they're fabricating stories now...
I guess all I can do now is wait and ring up every few days for updates because I don't know which one is the truth 😭🥴

My son's claim was meant to be marked on the system as urgent last Thursday. I phoned on Friday and they couldn't see that it had been marked as urgent and said they would do so. They told me to phone this Friday for an update. Is it worth phoning today? I know I'm not meant to, I just can't cope with this wait and knowing nothing.

Thanks for your reply@PhoenixB19 I thought the same, probably got around 20 weeks to send it in! But will send things as I get them recorded delivery. Will most likely be the new year before I get these reports though but sounds like that will still give me plenty of time. Good luck with your claim x

Have you sent them yet? I wrote a note in the top left of the envelope saying “evidence required. Scan in asap. Scan date 13/06/2024” it was scanned in and decision made by the time i called at 11am that day. Good luck!! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

No it was a MR. Evidence of SMI from consultant but they are claiming that his danger in public could be voluntary on his part. It's laughable.
They have said I can ask for it to be looked at again by another decision maker and after that tribunal x

No not yet. I’m hoping they will let me send it myself. She was just finishing it off this morning. Ooooh that’s brilliant! X

17 weeks and 4 days. I think I messed up while sending more information as I completely forgot to write the reference number as my daughter was up all night and only wrote my nino. SD 11/07 NC

I would make sure that they allow you to return them as you can send special delivery but they may use a free post envelope and that's terrifying! 😂 Xx

I've phoned every week and they say no decison please wait. It makes me feel sick waiting I suffer anxiety so my brains ticking haha. I hope we have something soon xx

I forgot to ask this morning and she’s on PPA this afternoon so won’t be there at pick up 😫. I’ve emailed the senco though. Thank you all so much for your continued support. I love this thread 🥰 x
