Hello everybody, I have made a new thread please put in your scan date, hopefully we hear some good news this month 💐

we currently in the early weeks of June for decision, please be kind and feel free to share scan date, entitlement award and what child is diagnosed with as others in similar position can feel uplifted in these stressful time.

wait time are currently between 20-25 weeks. However most likely is between 18-22 weeks.

Yes so for example you get awarded MRC for instance but you think your child deserves HRC and you put in for an MR you still get paid the middle rate and then if your MR is successful you will get paid the difference each week for the awarded period of that makes sense

Phoned up this morning expecting to be told still in the queue to be allocated. I was told the award was done on 18th October my daughter was awarded HRC and HRM to be backdated to May 15th. So relieved! My daughter was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition she is having treatment at Great Ormond street hospital.

Feel like I might be the only May new claim left waiting 😵‍💫 SD 28/05 and called today to be told there is still no decision.

same but i’m beginning of june and i keep seeing people be awarded for new claim 4 weeks after me and i’m just like how,i’ve called up to ask if i did something wrong or not gave enough information etc..it’s so frustrating to be left behind especially when it’s a matter or being able to survive financially or not, i will keep fingers crossed for you that you hear soon. x

The man was so rude wouldn't even let me speak I had to say to him do you mind if I speak
He continues to be rude all the way through huffing down the phone I get they get alot of calls but that's there job so rude

Are new claims done different to renewals ? I have been told it’s a long wait for a new claim for one dc yet the other had a renewal which was done in 7 weeks ?

I would ring back and speak to someone else and say you want to put complaint in

Well currently on hold for 2nd time today as I've been cut off. Been told now that it's never been with a decision maker?
So 3x advisors have told me it is in last 2 weeks and now it's not. Why can't any of them stick to same story :(
