I’m getting so anxious waiting, I’m 17 weeks today 🙈

18 weeks on Friday scan date 07/06 rang up today to see if there’s any update as I’ve seen people with scan dates after mine be awarded she said there’s no update on the system and not to ring back until after the 25th 😩

Same scan date fingers crossed not much longer 🤞🏼

6 weeks to scan evidence? Mine always gets scanned on same day they get it

It’s scanned in to say they received it but not put with claim straight away

That's weird mine always is, I know if you do free post it can take 2-3 weeks but I always use special delivery

I did send a next day delivery,2 day before the deadline of my form.DLA signed for the form the next day. I got a letter 5 weeks later given me a scan date of 4 weeks after they received my form.When I called to see why.I was told it doesn't really matter because it will be backdated from the first day I called.
So it's possible to have a scan date that doesn't correspond to When they received and signed for with royal mail...x

I just really wish they were constantly then people wouldn’t get so confused and anxious

I know,.I was told last week my form is with a decision maker and when I called today,she couldn't find my form in the system for the first 10mts 🙃

Yes, it's still with a decision maker .I don't know how long it stays with them.I was also told I will hear before or by 8 of Nov...xx

No text for me. Awarded on 4th. I called on 7th and found out. Payment went in on 8th. Waiting for the letter x

I bit the bullet and called again, got through to a lovely lady who said my claim is at the top of the pile and I should hear back in the next week or 2!
I'm going to be feeling very anxious for the next 2 weeks!😂🙈

S/D 11/07, just called now and been told I should hear back by 28/11

Well, gave a call today to see if I have an update, was told it now has a decision maker assigned however not to expect a decision til around the 4 of December.
Absolutely none of this makes sense. I'm sure they get their responses out of a Christmas cracker. Fed up.

Is yours MR? We have the same scan date but mine is new claim and I rang this morning too, I was told mines at the top of the pile and should hear in the next week or 2 🙈

Mine is MR. I don't understand how they are predicting the length it takes for a DM to reach their decision?
I'm assuming they won't be assigned any more cases at one given time as they were before?
It's ridiculous.

I don’t understand either I think it’s just an over estimate but it’s not helpful at all especially when it’s such an anxious time any way x

Well unfortunately for them I will be contacting them on a weekly basis for an update. Merely on the grounds that they read from a different story book every time you ring up!! X

does anyone know if you still get DLA payments as normal while awaiting a MR. I received my back pay and then my letter to say what rate however would like to go for a mandatory reconsideration. Thank you
