Bless you. I’ve only been tense since about week 14. I think it’s because it’s getting closer and it’s not very clear what the waiting time is now. I can’t believe they are still saying 15 weeks in their letters

Just called for an update. A decision has been made. Awarded higher rate on care element. I’m so relieved, I’m in tears.

Question. Shouldn’t he have received something on mobility if he he got higher rate care? He’s a danger outside. Autistic. Getting about is so difficult

hi everyone! My scan date was 31/5 and I got told a decision was made this morning, I asked to speak to someone who could tell me the decision and we’ve been awarded middle rate care. So hopefully everyone else around that date will hear back soon too!

Scan date 18/06. Just received a text that my son qualifies! Cried when I read it! Exactly 16 weeks wait. Don't know what rates yet.

Just seen an 18th June be accepted on Facebook too (unless that was you!). But it’s nice to see some Junes being done and late June at that. I understand they’re still in May too and my scan date is 12th September so I’ve still got a long way to go but it’s so helpful seeing later dates get done! Really happy for you!!

Oh wow that’s amazing! I’m 21st June so hopefully not long for me now. Maybe June was a really quiet month for applications

So happy for you! Our SD is 04/06 and nothing yet. It does make me wonder why!

It’s so weird how it all works some may dates waiting then see a few June dates awarded does make you wonder what sort of order they go in if there even if any sort of order 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

yeah it's so weird, but someone said previously, it may be that they're allocated to different decision makers and some work through their piles at different rates. so each dm may have like a month's worth to work through for example, and get to their 18th June person quicker than another dm get's to their 31st may person. It's good that lots of people are receiving results today though- maybe this means there'll be a lot more this week!

Yea I’ve noticed that just depends which dm your form falls on I guess! I’m gonna hold of ringing till next week now when I’ll almost be 20 weeks 🤞🏼🤞🏼

He’s 4.5. I wrote A LOT of information and examples. Took me months. Sent reports from paeds, dietitian and ENT. Doubt school provided anything for me. They won’t recognise any needs. Brick wall.

how long is MR taking to come back at the moment?

That’s amazing. My child is 4 which worried me. I wrote a lot down and called 2 more times with loads more information. Got a report from school and SALT but that’s it evidence wise. Her issues are more lack of awareness around safety etc x

I'm MR and they are saying 20 weeks. Scan date 12/6. I will be giving them a ring next week for an update

Just rang cus I had to tell them something extra and the guy said if I haven’t heard by the middle of week beginning 2/12 to ring and they can escalate, my scan date was 12/07 I think

Congratulations!! Great news, my SD is also the 31/5 I’m so tempted to call back tomorrow, it’s the waiting I can’t stand
