Well I've just been told a decision has been made today but he couldn’t tell me and said he couldn't put me through to anyone who could and I have to wait 10 days for a letter 😔 So now I'm so convinced it's a decline and he didn't want a sad lady on the phone this early in a Monday morning 🫣

Call again. You'll get someone different and they'll put you through!!

You should definitely phone back, don't wait for a letter, you will receive payment Thursday on wards if it's been accepted

I phoned up COC scan date 7/06 at top of pile to be allocated but when I phoned the options have changed it was so weird
1,5,1,4 I think I had to choose instead of 1,5,2,3

I spoke to a lady this time, I didn't go through security, I just explained and asked if it was possible to speak to someone and said the same thing 🫣

I called again, the lady said the same thing 🫠 So I'm trying again..3rd time lucky!? I just want to know good or bad 🫣

I don't understand why they not telling you, so lazy some of the callers

Scan date 29/5, just called and was told a decision was made 2/10 and I need to wait 7-10 days for a decision letter- as the person said above does this mean it’s a negative response I shall receive or have some people been awarded it and had to wait for a letter? I’m in panic mode! Thanks in advance!

When I asked to be out through to someone they put me through to a DM. Keep calling until you get someone who can xx

I got through to a gentleman who could put me through, he tried to connect, but they are so busy, he requested a call back for me🫣 I have such a bad feeling 😔
Would be lovely to start the week with some positives, but seems it's panic modes instead 🫠

hello Everyone, how are we doing with MR? End of May now? I don’t want an answer soon as my little one as about to recieve diagnosis etc. probably hearing back around Christmas time. Hopefully we hear some good news

Regarding my earlier post I just rang again and they said wait for the decision letter but I asked if there was someone I could speak to so I could know the decision and they put me through to someone who told me I have been awarded LMR and MCC- worth ringing and asking to give you peace of mind!

Is it just me or does it feel like decisions have slowed? I follow this thread plus a couple Facebook groups and I was seeing quite a few people get their decisions every single day but now it seems barely anyone?! There’s a backlog and it’s taking up to 25 weeks at the minute. You’d expect them to be trying to get through as many decisions as possible. Is there any logical reason as to why they would have slowed? 😂 My scan date is only 12th Sep and it’s already horrendous. Can’t imagine having to wait another 22 weeks 😂

If you have been awarded you should get a payment between today and Wednesday (3-5 days)

it really has slowed down. i feel like there's barely been any May decisions since the March and early April decisions were coming in each day. It would have been nice to have felt that momentum leading up to my scan date, so could get an idea of where they were at, but it seems to be anyone's guess as to which dates they're working through. if only our little 'friend' from the dwp hadn't been so cruel on here, we could have asked her for some insider info. I'm not allowed to call until end of Oct now, so I can't even ask them to see if it's still in the queue haha

Nothing exciting to report unfortunately, I called today and was told it’s still in the queue and not to call back until the 20 weeks. I feel like the next 11 days are going to be very difficult 😞

Scan date 5/6 new claim, rang today still no decision was told to ring back 4th week of october

awarded on fri (4/10) would I expect payment tomorrow or next tuesday? Theyve confirmed that it will be backdated but unsure of if they only do payments on Tuesday? Id really appreciate if someone has any info, thank you xx

It takes 3-5 working days for the backpay so from Wednesday onwards and then 4 weeks from them you'll be paid the usual amount and that's on a Tuesday/Wednesday from what I've read. Xx

It's another decline unfortunately 😔 The gentleman was every so lovely and explained that they still stick to the same reasons, which I do not understand, as my son needs are so much more than a child his age. I think because he is 11 years old and we did not do it sooner went against us also, but we never knew we could get this to help him. I am requesting new forms and will start again, as it will be quicker than tribunal.
