Iv just called and been told a decision was made on my daughters claim on the 8th but the lady on the phone wouldn't tell me what the decision was or put me through to anyone who could, just said wait for the letter. So after 19 weeks wait I just have to wait some more 😴. So frustrating but I think if she had been awarded, I'd have had a payment by now 😑😑.

We got ours this morning, called them and have MRC and LRM until 2027

That is brilliant I bet you are very relieved! Same scan date as me .. i bet you are glad you called! I’m too nervous to call for any updates! will you receive your back payment tomorrow? I’m sure I read it is Tuesdays the payments go in?! 😃

They said back pay should go in between Wednesday and Friday this week

the relief must be enormous 😊

got a text to say awarded today. Unsure of rates but to anyone still waiting x

No Tuesday or Wednesday will be when your normal payment goes in 4 weekly. I was awarded on the Tuesday and had backpay on the Friday, my next payment will be my 4 weekly one which is on a Wednesday

I'd hazard a guess if nothing tomorrow it would be a decline but could be wrong. I was awarded on a Tuesday and had backpay on the Fri so 3 days after award, they do say 3 to 5 working days so I'd wait until end of the week and if still nothing it probably is a decline, as today's technically 2nd day after decision.

Are you supposed to phone and ask for scan date?

They said a letter would be sent out in 7-10 days. Put me through to someone straight away who could tell me the outcome.

Well I bit the bullet and called, had to confirm general details and a couple of questions about my bank and sort code etc then told to phone back if I haven’t heard by early September 😫

My scan date is 15/4 and I'm going to wait until tomorrow before I ring. Working in an open plan office today so don't want to ring when everyone can hear me. But WFH tomorrow.

Feeling hopeful for a decision soon, though, based on the scan dates of people being awarded atm! 🤞
