I have read here many have been told decision has been made, but not all of call handlers can say what's the decision on phone.

I’ve had 4 hours sleep in 3 days between my child wake ups and my next door neighbour who likes to watch tv until 3-4am each night then have screaming arguments at 6am daily 💤
I hope I don’t get a rude call handler as they might get the mouthful that’s not meant for them! X

I guess I just need to wait for the letter. He said all he can see is that decision has been made yesterday for lower mobility... said all the dates etc. I'm in shock...

I would put in a MR for care needs if he hasn’t been awarded for that but has mobility I have a feeling they don’t want to pay the back payment as you have been waiting a substantial amount of time and I believe what is owed to you it’s thousands of pounds what is owed,, can I ask u what care needs you thought rate he would likely get middle Or high xx ?

At least middle.. he goes through autism assessment, ECP at school, has eating disorder, allergic eye condition.. all the evidence from school, educational psychologist, CAMHS, hospitals, GP...

Yeah there is no way he hasn’t been awarded for care too that is a joke! Get that MR in if he has only been given mobility and at the lowest rate it’s shocking sending much love and hugs ur way it seems as tho this horrible stressfull never ending nightmare still isn’t over for you 😢😢😩🙏🙏 xxx

1 hour 17 minutes later and finally a voice spoke to me!
it’s with the DM so look out for a letter within the next few weeks … explained again I won’t have a home in the next few weeks and will be homeless so where is the letter going? I don’t think trave lodge will except my mail 🤦🏻‍♀️ he said I will just have to ring back weekly if I don’t get the letter …… and the stress continues!

@Matilde08 Im sorry you have waited all this time for the award to be less than your child deserves, i know its more stress but do the MR. x
