So I've just been told it's in the final stages will go to a decision maker any time from Friday as it's 15 weeks then could take a day or up to 2 weeks pfft just wish it would hurry up

You can ring up and ask for it to be took off that desision maker and given to another ask for a case manager and explain on the phone to them everything that happened that you are not happy for her to take it away when they don’t need to be diagnosed you have provided enough evidence and state to them if the decision maker goes ahead with what she is saying you will proceed with an official complaint and take it to tribunal x

Omg.im over the moon. Just rang and my son been awarded mrc lrm back pay next Tuesday, and awarded til 2026. Really thought would be a no. Scan date 6/03 so exactly 15 weeks for decision.
I get pip and on uc. My husband gets carers allowance and element for me, and I get lcwra on uc. What do I need to update for uc? Can I get carers at all? This will make such a huge difference for us. I can't believe it.

I've been told a completely different thing every time I've phoned. I'm going to do the same as you and just wait it out now and hope a rejection letter isn't in the post 😥

It's terrible isn't it they don't understand we just want answers our kids deserve this

Just called the long way and the woman asked if I had been sent a text before she went through security questions, i said I had been sent the ‘we are looking at your claim’ text a while ago and was just calling to see if there had been any updates.
She told me that she was going to email the case manager and that I should hear from them very soon? She was quite fast to get off the phone so I don’t know if maybe it’s worth calling again and talking to someone else?
maybe I’m just getting impatient now 😫 it’s so stressful.

I've just rang up and we've been awarded😭 MRC and LRM which I believe is correct for my child's needs!

My scan date is 20/3 so I'm still in shock, he was awarded on monday so back pay due by friday!

Whoever I spoke to last week wasn't fobbing me off, it was actually with a DM .

I'm not priority, just a normal new first time claim xx

I sent individual school plan, report from paediatrician, acceptance onto neurodivirsity assessment pathway, salt report..that's all I had so sent it all. Really thought it would be a decline I'm in shock!

They said payment was sent this morning and will be in bank next Tuesday is that normal? Seems a long time x

He told me my payment was issues Monday and be in by Friday so probably about right xx

Worth a shot! I rang last week to see if extra evidence had been received and they told me it was with a DM, I didn't believe them but they were obviously correct because when rang today to check it was awarded Monday xx
