Wow better than I thought hrc hrm till 2026.. I really thought we wouldn't get anything as he's not diagnosed only report I sent was speech therapy and autism referral letter and his letter that says hes got sleep apnea. . I wrote the appointments we had and ones we are waiting to attend and I got no one to write in the know your child bit as it will of been past return date if I did as his next appointment was day before it was due to be returned.. I stated this in the that section.. I am very overwhelmed with this and I hope this gives you all a bit of hope for your awards.. thank you for all your chats during the time waiting it's helped stay sane. I will be sticking around to see others get what they deserve and also as I have a renewal of my others son aswell.. so I've got a good outcome for one and still a worry for the other lol

Had a call from the case manager... loads of explanation that they still waiting for an advice from international investigation legal policy team. Because of the Brexit loads of changes have happened in the law about pensions or benefits from the EU countries. What I could feel from that all there's no such a policy and it takes so long they need to figure out if he's even eligible even though he lives here and the pension he gets is nothing to do with his special needs. He said that's why they can't tell me the time for decision as it's up to them. They work on couple more cases and it has been marked like a bit more delicate one. I said I have been told more than six weeks ago the same and feel that no one done much about those check ups during those 20 weeks. He then started to tell the same over and over. I said who will take responsibility about those last 2 months where on multiple calls I have been told different things, even couple of false hopes. Ending calls with crying as my personal grief have been triggered. Asked so what's the advice at this point to me.. wait .. call or not call.. He said: we can't ask you not to call, but give us another week..month.. they are doing their best to chase them up. And to reassure me if decision is made and he's eligible the backpayment will be done from the scan date. At this point I just need that decision. I was crying and so upset I could tell he felt like he doesn't know what to say at the end of the call.

Congratulations 🙌 I’ve noticed the scan dates that come out of nowhere with decisions sooner seem to have higher awards, I wonder if there marked to be looked at sooner? So happy for you

Thank you.. I was shocked at text as there is loads of Feb still not delt with.. I think it's a dm rushing through them trying to employer of the month or something lol or trying to help with backlog so just flicking through then deciding.. I do feel these dms just do what they want though half of them probably don't read the full form.. hopefully see more positive outcomes and quickly 🙏🏼

Our SD was 11/03. Just got a text to say still looking at the claim and will be in touch when a decision is made 🙏🤞

I’ve just received a text to say they still looking at it. Does that mean anything? Fingers crossed!!

called today and was told it was apparently taking 14 weeks to get to a DM. Then could be a few weeks after that for a decision.

Same here! But my SD is 8th March! Hoping it's not much longer after we get some news :)

I've just gotten the same text too and my scan date is 05/03, although i did call today to let them know my son has been deregistered from school and was told if not heard by 23/07 to call back

Honestly I think they say so many different things! I called at 9 this morning was told "20 weeks"

Then called not long ago as the first woman wasn't filling me with hope - she was seeming a bit confused tbh! And the second guy told me I should be with a DM this week. So god knows. Let's just hope we hear soon. It's so so long waiting

Can someone please tell me a number that answers?? I’ve rang the number on the forms and twice got the same man saying ‘phone existing claims line’ hangs up and doesn’t help with the number or options!

Ring them every day they can't stop you you waited long enough lol it's what they get paid for even if they spout lies constantly you might get a nice one in the end lol

My scan date is 7/3 and I have just recieved the txt saying we are still looking into your claim no need to contact us

I have a theory that of you ring up they add a week or 2 on so I am doing everything in my will power to not ring and just wait for a response. Also seems to be quicker if you have less evidence maybe because there's less to chase up 🤷‍♀️
