I'm on hold atm hoping for a decision today. 🤞

It depends on the DM. If they're faster and more experienced they get through the case loads quicker. Newer DM's also have to have theirs signed off by a case manager so takes an extra few weeks. Also the spot checks with case Managers delays a few. Then holidays/ sick days etc. Why the dates tend to be all over the place because they don't work from one central system in date order. Get sent individually pile of cases to work through.

@Emma2345 only sent in a letter deciding to move forward with an autism assessment, a letter from an incontinence nurse and her prescription for medication (laxitives) i did write a lot on the form as she masks at school so no input from them or anyone who ‘knows the child’ I wrote her worst days in detail. Best of luck all waiting this week xx

scan date 27.2.24

rang through today still no update and wouldn't confirm if with dm just said wait untill end of june. 16 weeks have past.

Someone one here has an amazing breakdown on how to inform UC. Can someone please send it to me? I can’t find it xx

SD 21/2 just called and was told no update still… literally put the phone down and I’ve just received the text saying my child qualifies 😅 such a relief but now back on the phone to find out what rates. Why couldn’t she tell me when I was just on the phone she must of seen she was awarded it was literally seconds I put the phone down from her the text came through.

Has anyone that send there forms around 10/5 received a letter stating they’ve received the forms with there child’s scan date? I thought I would have received it by now

Still no decision for us 😭

My scan date is the 14/05 i received that letter about 8 days after xx

No decision for us either, apparently not even with a decision maker ( after being told it was being looked at 2 weeks ago).

Ive just called them to find out why I haven’t received a letter, my scan date is 21/5 and he said a letter was sent out a few days ago, I have a feeling it’s going to be the letter saying there taking 15 weeks not the letter saying they’ve received my claim with scan date on it

Scan date 20/02
Rang this morning and was told its still with the decision maker. He told me I should receive a letter with a decision in the next 2-3 weeks or call back next week.
It's been with the decision maker since last Tuesday, really starting to worry it will be a no now. 😩

Oh really 🙄 maybe they just forgot about sending me anything, I’m interested to know what letter is coming now, probably both together like yours
