So infuriating!
I have been told so many different things too it's just draining.
Either they're really incompetent or they tell us conflicting info to confuse us and to stop us calling because clearly there is no point 🙈
Unless they answer the call with "your claim has been awarded" then anything else I would take with a pinch of salt
This whole process is horrible, maybe it's to put people off actually claiming?
