Does the call centre close at 5pm or 6pm? Currently on hold (for an hour) - would the line disconnect if they were closed?

Did you get through? I’ve heard the call cuts off at 5.30

@Crazyhouse4 yes it just cut off so assume it closed at 5pm :(

@Matilde08 Baby steps and progress. You know it is 100% a priority and you have gone from call back in x amount weeks to just days. Its good progress and you are now moving along. You dont want a rushed decision so look at it as just a few days to review the claim 🩷. Pjs and party poppers at the ready 🥰. We are all behind you xxxx

I can't even remember the guys name I spoke to haha, I didn't quite get that much info though, just the rate and when the backdated payment will be in 🙃
The call was basically over as quickly as it started haha, but when he asked security questions he was like "what's the name of the bank the payme... I mean if awarded would the payment go in" So I knew when he said that we were awarded as he slipped up before he even told me😂

I do love a redbull! Though I'm more of a rockstar/monster person, and that is especially what I'd be drinking at that time in the morning! Can't live without my caffeine😏

Hubby is monster/bang. I get up come down straight to fridge and redbull out 😂 hate coffee. Its so bad but 17 years with little sleep so im not even sorry 😂😂. Costco does come in handy xx

I got the same text today , received 19/2, do you think the decision is near ?

I don’t think it will be long, a lot of people seem to be getting decisions between 15-16 weeks, if they need to contact school / doctors it may take abit longer but I think we should hear by week 16 🤞

I hope so 🙏, also, if I received the text from DLA, will I get a decision via text ?

I called Wednesday and they said mine was with decisions maker and that I would receive a text in the next week when the decision had been made. I’m not counting on them texting because half the time they don’t so I’m going to phone and check Tuesday when my children are back at school, I don’t think they scan on the weekends so you would be the next scan date after me

I can’t have caffeine! I do in small doses but a red bull would see me off . Although being awake until 4:30am, woken at 5:45 to a panick attack child then at 8am to an older child vomitting …. I could do with lots of caffeine right now! X
